Nice service, good condition rooms amd a good gym, for a hotel. The rooms were far too hot, regardless of how you set the thermostat. The bed was so hard it really spoiled our trip: maybe tolerable for one night but eventually will cost you sleep.

Good location, good guest room
Was okay for the price. Hotel runs on tech for everything. Check-in not smooth. My reservation was explicit on bed type. Got to room; wrong. Back to front desk, where attendant said she assumed I wanted something different (but didn’t ask me, actually). Next day our room key cards didn’t work. Back to front desk; oh, no problem, I’m told, it just wasn’t coded correctly at check-in. There’s all this tech, but then human errors. On the plus side: exceptionally good fitness facility: roomy, good equipment, separate yoga room, filtered water and towels. And guest room was just fine in all respects. Rooms only cleaned upon request. We skipped the Euro 24 breakfast and were glad we did so. Lines out in the corridor waiting to get in each morning. The hotel’s convenient location to the charming center city made for a quick walk to good local bakeries for delicious breakfasts.

This hotel was very nice and the rooms have plenty of space. Parking was easy and the hotel is a short walk to old city and public transportation. Highly recommend this reasonably priced high-end hotel! Also, the staff was extremely polite and helpful.

Outgoing staff, Wonderful stay highly recommend.
Easy efficient check in with an extremely courteous and professional young man. We were delighted to get into our room early and head to the market. Beds were comfortable with big fluffy duvets and luxurious bedding. Room was spacious and quiet! 2 minute walk from train station.

Pretty much perfect
For a standard room we were really impressed. Plenty big enough, huge really comfy bed, modern, well finished and spotless. Great selection at breakfast. Well organised and polite friendly staff. The only thing, which was a personal taste preference, was that the pillows were way too soft but I’m sure they’d have found different ones if we’d been bothered enough to ask. Perfect location for the Christmas market and general town centre. Couldn’t fault anything else!

Lovely hotel with a fantastic location. We had a junior suite with and extra roll-away bed. Extra bed wasn't the most comfortable but comfortable enough and really convenient to have for our friend trip. Staff was very helpful. Only negative is that the street noise is quite loud if your room faces that way. Would go back!
