The valet service lacks! The older gentleman took forever to get our car 2 times even when ordered ahead. He reeked of MJ.. the ice dispensar on the 5 th floor didnt dispense ice the 3 days i stayed here!

Ron at Maxis was awesome !!!

The stay was enjoyable. We were comfortable in our room and staff was friendly . However Ron at Maxis was the best ! He was personal and friendly . He actually took the time to get to know us to make us feel welcomed . My only complaint is that weren’t mircowaves in each room for guests.

The carpet needs to be replaced in the rooms, but more importantly that pool was so gross today. There were dead cockroaches floating in the pool along with other floating scum. The entire bottom of the pool was filthy. When I was walking around barefoot, my feet were turning black between my chair and putting my toes in. There is not a single umbrella outside and it’s 105° and solid sun all day long. The hotel itself is OK but if you’re going there for a swim, pick a different hotel.
