Ron at Maxis was awesome !!!

The stay was enjoyable. We were comfortable in our room and staff was friendly . However Ron at Maxis was the best ! He was personal and friendly . He actually took the time to get to know us to make us feel welcomed . My only complaint is that weren’t mircowaves in each room for guests.

The carpet needs to be replaced in the rooms, but more importantly that pool was so gross today. There were dead cockroaches floating in the pool along with other floating scum. The entire bottom of the pool was filthy. When I was walking around barefoot, my feet were turning black between my chair and putting my toes in. There is not a single umbrella outside and it’s 105° and solid sun all day long. The hotel itself is OK but if you’re going there for a swim, pick a different hotel.

There was construction going on starting at 8 PM to 8 AM right outside my window. I got a suite with a quick kitchenette and a corner view but unfortunately the construction was right outside after the first night. I let the front desk know about the condition and I ask if it was going to continue, he said it would stop by 9 PM as it did last night then I confirmed a video I had taken and showed him at 4:30 in the morning construction was still going on and I could not sleep construction. The second night was a little better, but there was still ruckus outside great hotel but I wish I would’ve let me know. There was gonna be construction those days. I would’ve booked another Hotel

The only option for onsite parking is valet (bad) but there is a public garage across the street (good) which costs 15$/night (bad). No workout gym worth noting.
