This is definitely the least posh Hotel Indigo that I have stayed at. That is not a big deal honestly. The bed in our room definitely felt like it needed to be replaced.
Despite all the employees being nice and in a good mood, there was a certain level of incompetence from the top down. We asked for our room to be serviced (new towels/cleaning) every day we were there. They failed to service our room on every day despite asking multiple times.
There was a child lock on the HBO. When we called to get the code the front desk employee was lost. She said she would figure it out and get back to us. We never heard back.
The second day of our trip, when our room wasn't serviced, I brought our towels down to the front desk in hopes of getting fresh ones. I was told they didn't have any and they would bring towels up when they were ready. We did'nt hear anything back. I went down 3 hours later and asked for towels.
In short, ok Hotel Indigo, the employees are nice, but goofy and incompetent. The only exception I would say is the executive chef who also runs the bar on certain days. She was a breath of fresh air.
