Check in seemed to talk unnecessarily amount of time - finding a clean room and then programming the keys. Had three rooms booked and only 2 ready - which was fine. Got the key later but didn’t access the room late at night and the room was already occupied! Doh! Got a new room, but awkward!

There was mouse poop on our bathroom. The halls smelled like cigarette smoke and weed. The window leaked terrible for the condensation. Breakfast was complimentary. We went down for breakfast and there was no breakfast to eat. They did an awful job keeping the food replenished. We tried to go to the front desk to confront the staff and there was no one to be found at the front desk. It was the worst hotel I think I have ever stayed at.

Rooms were only partially cleaned. we rented 4 rooms. One couple had to switch rooms, a second cleaned her own bathroom and another had to brush hairs off her bed. Staff was courteous and helped as best as possible.

People live and party at this hotel. Front desk was gambling in the lobby when walking in to check in. Woman was talking to herself in the lobby. The room smelled and the walls are paper thin. I immediately left after viewing the room and went to a different hotel. Tried to get a refund, but no one at the hotel would answer expedia. Don't even bother to book here.

It’s been a while since I’ve stayed at a motel vs hotel. This location hasn’t been updated in years. The affordable rate price was right on the money for what you got though. We just needed a place to crash for the night. So it was fine.
