It's a great place to stay, short walk to Zocalo Center and Santo Domingo, the apartment is very nice, it has some dishes and pans to use, staff is very helpful, definitely would return

I liked the functional and spacious apartment and the accommodating staff. it was nice to have drinking water provided. There was only one wash machine used by the business so it was nice to pay the maid to wash clothes for us. The location was ok for us since we did not go out at night, the Zocalo was about 15 min. walk. They could have paid more attention to details like grungy windows, holes where roaches are coming in, getting mite bites, worn and inadequate cooking pots, low water pressure in the kitchen, synthetic blend towels, sheets, and linen. Our 2 bedroom family unit was not air-conditioned but it had a fan. During the night, it can get chilly but there were no blankets, just a bedspread. It was an ok place for our family of 4 for 19 19-night stays, I felt like I was able to 'make do'. There's no dishwasher in the kitchen as advertised (I think this is due to a language barrier, and not intentional). All in all, it was nice to have a kitchen and clean space to come back to after touring but I would not say it was charming.

The room was very nice, it was clean and comfortable! The only downside is that it’s advertised as being in the “centro” of Oaxaca, but it’s actually pretty far off from it. The area has no Centro charm, not sure if it’s a residential area but there are no shops, restaurants or even foot traffic. I was pretty nervous going out to find a place to eat after dark. There is no staff at the property, all communication was via WhatsApp. One major downside was I paid for breakfast but had to leave the hotel and walk down the block to a little restaurant which also served as a “front desk” for the hotel. Honestly, I ate there only once even though I paid for breakfast every morning of my stay. The food and service were, IMO very lacking. I certainly wouldn’t recommend the breakfast. All in all, my stay was pleasant for the price. I would recommend IF being in the Centro (were all the city action is) isn’t a priority.

Rentamos dos estancias diferentes, nos quedamos en un departamento con muy buen espacio, cocina funcional y agua caliente, el colchón viejo y un poco incómodo pero todo lo demás bien. La segunda estancia fue habitación normal, pequeña, moderna equipada con frigobar y terraza pequeña. Ubicación muy muy conveniente cerca del centro

Pésima gestión, NO LO RECOMIENDO.
En primer lugar decir que no es un hotel, es un Airbnb. No tiene recepción ni conserje, nadie te viene a realizar el check-in. Te envían un WhatsApp dándote instrucciones para que abras mediante una clave un cajetín en la puerta del patio de entrada donde hay las llaves disponibles. La primera mañana, tras ducharnos, el baño se inundó de agua (las puertas de la mampara del la ducha no cerraban bien), inutilizando el uso del inodoro. Esto, como comprobamos y supimos más tarde, no era nuevo, ya venía de tiempo atrás y no lo habían reparado. Enviamos mensaje y llamada de WhatsApp y no hubo respuesta. Suerte que había la señora que realiza las limpiezas y nos comunico con las personas que gestionan el lugar. Inicialmente nos ofrecieron otra habitación con aire acondicionado pero pagando 200 pesos más por noche. Me negué en redondo y entonces me ofrecieron otra habitación sin aire acondicionado similar a averiada, la cual aceptamos. 4 días después, al hacer el check-out (hora final a las 12:00 hrs.) por intentar dejar en una una maleta de cabina y una pequeña mochila en una jaula habilitada para eso, hasta las 13:00 hrs (solo por 1 hora mas allá del check out) nos querían hacer pagar 100 pesos. Nos fuimos con el equipaje a cuestas, no tanto por el coste sino por el feo detalle. Las toallas eran de rizo sintético y no secaban. Para quedar bien, al rato de marchar enviaron WA ofreciendo gratis la hora de guardaequipajes, que obviamente ya no podíamos utilizar.
