Fabulous stay. Very friendly host, beautiful room which was very clean with comfy bed and lovely bed linen. Packed breakfast was perfect for our early start. Already rebooked for next year.

Wonderful stay
Our stay was wonderful…very friendly and helpful owners. Lovely House and beautiful room. Modern bathroom and comfortable bed. Refrigerator in room was stocked with continental breakfast every day, Room was tidied and clean towels supplied on a daily basis. Only drawback was a steep walk up to house especially when you have luggage. Very convenient though to Main Street on the harbour.

We had a great stay at the Blair Villa and highly recommend! The hosts were so friendly and helpful, and the home felt like an authentic Scottish experience. It was convenient location - walkable to everything in town. The room was clean and comfy, and the hosts even left snacks/breakfast in the fridge for us each day. 5 stars!

Welcoming, clean and perfect for our one night stay. A charming B&B. Would stay again. Breakfast was a takeaway ‘doggy bag’ containing juice, fruit, croissant & muesli bar, which was great for us as we had an early start. It is located up hill from the town centre, so the steep walk will not suit all. On street parking on the road outside.

Proprietors were lovely and welcoming. The inn was beautiful and unique. While small, the room was outfitted well with a generous tea set up and a modern bathroom. A healthy breakfast was provided. Good location just a few minutes walk from town.

Our room was perfect! The Villa is only 2 blocks away from the shopping and dinning areas in Oban and we were able to walk to and from them easily. We also enjoyed the communal sitting area with views of the harbor and the Isle of Mull. This was our favorite accommodations throughout our 14 day stay.

Check in was nice and easy. There is parking on the street and we were lucky to find a space right in front of the B&B but there are only about 6 spots so you might end up parking a ways away and having to walk. Our room was quite small, to the point where we couldn't have our luggage open and move around the room. The breakfast is a to-go bag of yogurt, croissants and a couple snack bars, so if you are wanting a fresh made meal, this is not the place for you. The gentlemen who checked us in was helpful in pointing us to short cuts through the city, so that was nice. There was nothing wrong with this B&B, I just probably wouldn't stay here again.

From the moment I arrived at Blair Villa Bed and Breakfast, I was enchanted by its charming ambiance and beautifully decorated and curated interiors, which exuded warmth and welcome. The owners were friendly, warm, and helpful, making my stay not just comfortable but truly memorable. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was cozy, with an updated bathroom with hot water and admirable water pressure – a true luxury after a day of exploring Oban. The breakfast, a delightful assortment of yogurt, croissants, fruit, and granola bars, was conveniently delivered daily to the mini-fridge in my room. While it was not a hot breakfast, it was thoroughly satisfying and the perfect start to my mornings. The bed deserves a special mention for its comfort and the fluffiest pillows. This B&B's prime location in Oban is unbeatable, and while there is no designated parking, finding a free spot was surprisingly easy during my visit. For anyone considering a visit to Oban, I cannot recommend Blair Villa Bed and Breakfast highly enough. It truly represents what a B&B should be – charming, comfortable, and with a personal touch that makes your stay unforgettable. A prime location with easy access to everything Oban has to offer, this B&B is a must-stay. Looking forward to my next visit!
