Great customer service
I mistakenly pressed the next day instead of that night while reserving online, on the road. The guest services representative was kind enough to immediately change it for me and made the check in process so quick and smooth. The room was clean, spacious and so comfortable!

A place to rest your head. Bed was very comfortable. Carpet in room looked very dirty but that's pretty typical of these kinds of hotels. Very old decor in the room. Breakfast convenient for yogurt and fruits but the other food wasn't good quality. Don't recommend for a vacation, just a night stopover.

The hotel was just okay. A place to sleep is about it. Definitely needs some updating, but it just didn’t seem as clean as it should have been, and that’s more bothersome. Breakfast was also mediocre. In addition, we booked our room for 5, but had no extra towel or bedding for the sleeper bed. It’s just irksome that those items are not placed in there for you, when they have the booking to indicate a 5th person. I’d like to not have to make an extra trip down when it’s 10:30 at night and I need to make my daughter a bed. Usually, Comfort Suites are good, but this was definitely a miss.

Great quick stay
This quick overnight trip to break up a long drive was great. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was pretty good and free, clerks were kind. No complaints.

Overall, the stay was good. We stayed in room 216, the light from outside was shining right through our room, there was no black out curtains. I had to request two blankets to help remediate the problem in order for us to get some sleep.
