The window had large hand-prints on it. There was dust/dirt clearly visible between the furniture and the wall. The bath fixtures had rust stains and there were no forks for breakfast. Upon checking in, I asked for the location of a nearby package store. The clerk didn't know of one and said she was underage. I considered it a dumb response since I didn't ask her if she consumed alcoholic beverages, just merely if she had observed a package store in the area. There were two within a quarter of a mile from where she was standing. There was no other assistance from her. The TV card of channels in the room didn't match ANY station received by the TV. I called the front desk and asked for a relevant listing and she told me that I needed to contact the TV installers as she had none of that info. Upon checking out, I was told that I could not get a receipt. The is the worst service I can ever remember having at any hotel. I usually like Comfort Suites, but I will not stay there again.

Room could be have been cleaner they definitely didn't sweep or vacuum and i had to go out to walmart and buy a broom myself. It said i can request housekeeping everyday i would just have to call and let them know but whoever i talked to told me i couldn't get it everyday. The sheets on the first day had stains and i had to request new ones and there was a roach in the bathroom overall expected better.

Room needs a deep clean and maintenance

Room 215 seems to be having only a quick sheet and towel change, and a quick wipe of bathroom The carpet is in need of a good vacuuming, debris , fuzzies thruout the room. Corners and close to furniture has been ignored while cleaning. Nuts and food debris on dark colored chair and couch. what the cleaner cant easily see he or she isnt tending too Cleaner isnt looking closely and only cleaning thw minimal amount Bathroom tub needs a good clorox cleaner. Doorjams in bathroom are rusty. Handles to operate shower are loose and move. Walking into room it smells musty Luckily the sheets and bedding were clean The lobby and breakfast area seems well tended to. The front desk clerk mumbled her questions to us ,got the job done, and hurried away. On the other hand the breakfast attendant was wonderful. Happy friendly attentive to all gueat.

Staff were pleasant, especially Ms. Molly! She made us feel very welcomed every morning. The key to room was the only issue we had. Both times we returned for the night, the keys didn’t work. The breakfast option was pretty good too.

The hotel was clean inside and out. Some of the issues include one elevator out of service, the room door locks are difficult, had to get new keys cards twice before I could get into the room. Staff refused to give me a message from my spouse because my spouse did not know the room number and cell phone service with Verizon was out. All they had to do was lookup the room number by name a slip a note under the door or take a message and hold it at the front desk. Not very good customer service.

The front desk attendants were helpful and efficient. I was given good advice on where to eat dinner nearby. Breakfast in the lobby eating area included scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries, cereal, waffles, apples, yogurt. The bed was comfortable with a pillow top mattress, and six pillows on a king size bed were more than adequate. There was some mold in the toilet and on the shower curtain. If you are sensitive to mold, this could be a problem. Bar soap was provided. No shampoo was provided.

Great stay a few issues

Check in was smooth upon entry to 1st room found a giant wasp nest they responded immediately & appropriately & changed our room. Upon settling into 2nd room a 2 year old child roaming the room found a unknown pill under the desk when caught & pill was taken from him as he was putting it in his mouth he ran over to the window where he then found a half drank bottle of iced tea behind the curtains. Staff was advised immediately apologized & advised they would notify the manager when she came in. The next morning while sitting on the bed it was noticed that there was a giant yellow stain on the sheet and upon further inspection realized it was on the mattress pad as well upon further inspection for whatever reason the room was skipped & not cleaned or not cleaned properly. Again notified the front desk who was extremely apologetic while we were out for the day room was completely cleaned bedding was changed. Upon check out we spoke to the manager who again was extremely apologetic & refunded us a night stay. The housekeeper we spoke to was extremely apologetic & ensured she removed our wet towels from our room daily & she was so sweet the entire visit older lady blonde hair. Molly the breakfast lady kept food fresh & stocked she was amazing very sociable gave us suggestions on places to go as well as being as excited as we were for our trip & the wedding we attended. Family staying other places was welcomed like they stayed there even when loud It was a great stay after hiccups

The halls and stairs were dirty. The a/c in the room kept the room clean but the room stayed musty and damp, even after staff cleaning on the second day. There was no shade on window - the lights from an adjacent parking lot shone bright into the room all night. Front desk staff was friendly, but was barely there. When checking in, buying water from the mini store, or asking questions, I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes before front desk staff came out to talk to me.

Check was awesome the people in the front desk you couldn't ask for better got into a hotel room my great-grandson love playing around the safe I started noticing bites on him and then they started getting more bites and this little arms and everything with Ada by some type of infestation that morning we got it go have breakfast which was awesome I'll let them know about my grandson's fights they moved us out of room and put us into another room then I went off and forgot my flat iron and the room that we were saying because we had her out and switch rooms so now I'm having to pay for my flat iron to be delivered to me
