I do not recommend staying here if you are not part of an event like weddings and conferences. When I was told that there is a resort fee of 35 a day (still charged 2 days even though we had one beach day) asked what the fee covers and they said bikes (they only have like maybe 8), towels for the beach, beach chairs and umbrella. Knowing anyone can park there and get on the beach to get towels and chairs is insulting. When we were on the beach the wedding that day dominated the beach, took pictures right in front of us and get this, their kids sat right at the end of my beach lounger with me on it. We left right away. No explanation when we get there on how to access the beach, fitness center or dining and when asked staff was sarcastic. When we ate breakfast the table in the tide room was wobbly and you can’t put the tab on your room (again not resort experience). There is no spa like amenities The pool hot tub is gross and the bar to hold onto to get in is broken and horribly unsafe. We were on the 15 floor. Just so you know there is no real balconies. They are ledges with rails and even from the 15 floor you can hear the dumpsters being collected at 5am. Our room had 2 connecting doors into other room and one of the guest in one of the rooms were partying in and out and you can hear their conversations. Room also smelled like mildew.
