My stay was mostly good. The room was clean, the staff were friendly. I enjoyed the view. The only drawback, which might not be anyone's fault, was it took 2 calls and a visit with the front desk (about 30 to 45 min from first call) to get the toilet repaired.

Beautiful Property. Rooms were very clean. Lobby was well run and staff was excellent. Complementary coffee station in the lobby was such a win. Our only drawback was with the layout of the room we had an oceanfront suite, and when you walk in the bed is right at the door. Also no standard real closet. Overall excellent hotel and location.

Great view no chair or couch.

The room was good,very clean and comfortable.Housekeeping came every day swept mopped brought fresh towels.The only problem is we didnt have a chair or couch.Just dinning room chairs.I asked if I could get one and the front desk said it wasnt available with our room. Top floor corner unit. Nice view though.

this hotel even being older it is still very clean,staff was all friendly and quick to accomadate you. as you go in and out of hotel they greet you and welcome you back in. it is older but very clean. only problem i found was some misleading photos of room i thought i reserved and the pools are also smaller and less handicap accessible then thought. there webpage does need upating- mislleading of resteraunts/bars, room service - i discussed with hotel and they said trying to keep up with the compatition and i get it, all the new bigger hotels going up- shows the day in age. newer isn't always better. already planning next year trip- as long as hurricane dont wipe them out- praying the commander will survive-

The room wasn’t ready for check-in, and I was given a different room. However, the room provided was not clean. The pillows were not fresh and had stains and mold marks. The floors were dirty, and the sides of the beds were full of trash. I have taken pictures and will be posting them in my review of this hotel online. It is not worth paying almost $700 per night. I do not recommend this hotel.
