Stayed at this property for two nights. Plenty of dinning and shopping in walking distance. Building is definitely older and can use an update but you're on the sand, has foot washing station, and linens are clean so who cares about the other stuff.

Not So Clean!!!

(City View)The room was very dusty and had a very strange smell to it, the area around the coffee pot is dirty. Some of the lights didnt work either because of no light bulbs or just didnt work.

I do Love the proximity to the beach but the cleanliness is lacking, two stays in a month and each time our bedding was visibly soiled. The pool outside is also a bird bath and toilet and no one cleans it!

The hotel is at a great location, past the crowded section of the main boardwalk but there wrre things to do and plenty of places to eat. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Only complaint was thst families with small children shoukd have to rent the ground floor or be mindful that thevpeople underneath of them can hear the running and jumping. I had to address the problem with the front desk. The desk person was very nice and took care of my issue so i could het some sleep. I loved all of the employees and will be back.
