Gateway Grand 303 invites you to enjoy your vacation in upscale style in this south facing side unit on 48th street in Ocean City, Maryland. This deluxe oceanfront building features a large indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room, game room, a large oceanfront sundeck and more. Decorator furnished, this three bedroom, three bath condo provides the luxury you seek for a fantastic vacation including a spacious living room, fully-equipped kitchen, and a balcony that offers both ocean and bay views. Accommodating up to seven guests, the bed sizes include a king, a queen, a double and a single. This owner provides guests access to their storage locker on the mezzanine level for beach equipment storage during their stay. They also provide a private luggage cart that is stored in their laundry for use during guest's stay. Please note it must be returned upon departure or a $200 charge will be incurred.
Guests must provide sheets and towels, soaps and paper products, and there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days and rents Saturday to Saturday all season.
No pets, please. Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping building, except for designated areas. $138 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
