Made the reservation thru Expedia, check-in was simple but surprised when told they would be putting a $60 credit hold on the card. We had requested first floor, accessible room, receptionist double checked a couple rooms and said they smelled strongly of disinfectant, would we mind one with a shower instead. Once in the room, we started to put a few things in the fridge and noticed it was quite warm, adjusted the thermostat to max but by morning, still not cold. On the way to breakfast, told the front desk about the fridge and before we finished our breakfast, someone was there to swap out our non-working one for a working, already cold fridge. Speaking of breakfast, it was the same each of the 3 mornings, I never had the same thing twice, omelets, waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, cold cereal and fruit.
The room was clean, well laid out, king size bed, pull out sofa, an ottoman, dresser, desk/work area, closet area, and the kitchenette, while no stovetop there was note indicating to get one (and skillet) from the front desk, having real plates, silverware, mugs and glasses, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and hiding in a drawer, a toaster, all are a real plus. Cons to our visit: shower gel container was empty and the pocket door to the bathroom seemed to be missing an inside handle or means to open it once closed, minor issues overall.
They have pool and gym but the best feature was the outside lounge area, with seating around a gas firepit.
