The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel had several nice amenities such as the 24 hour fitness center and pool, but the property lacked in cleanliness. The breakfast area was a complete mess both days we stayed there, the floors in the halls were outdated and dirty (possibly due to this being a pet friendly hotel), and there were never any towels in the fitness center nor the pool. The front desk staff were nice, but im not sure I would stay here again due to the cleanliness (to clarify the beds themselves were very clean and comfortable, so no issue there).

The breakfast was cold and didn't offer turkey sausage. The fire alarm went off 3x, I called the first desk no one answered. Had to get dressed and go downstairs to find out that the alarm system was being worked on. On the other hand, you have an excellent housekeeping team.

The bed felt like it didn’t have a mattress, just a boxspring. It was hard as could be lumpy. The person in the room next to me had I don’t know how many kids, but they screamed all night and all day I couldn’t sleep. I was miserable I had to cut my trip short and go home so I could get some sleep. I always choose the Hilton for my travel experiences as they are for an in between. I really enjoy spending the money on a nice room however, I did not find this to be nice. I did not find it to be comfortable and, I was very disappointed

I don’t have any complains, staff was friendly, breakfast was very good with a lot of options, coffee and tea available at all times, clean, the small equipped kitchenette is very convenient when traveling with kids. My son enjoyed the pool very much.
