This owner operated property is a Huge Ocean Block 5 bed/ 4 bath end unit townhome with pool! This unit has views of the ocean from 3 decks! Watch your friends/family play in the pool from the other 2 decks. The unique design of the ground level suite makes this unit great for 2-3 families to share. This unit is located on 48th street across the street from the famous Seacrets night club! There is a light at the street for easy turning onto Coastal Highway going north or south. There is also a great covered bus stop on this street for getting to all the local hotspots by bus!

Ground Level efficiency Suite (Bedroom 1): 1 bedroom w/Queen Bed & TV, Bathroom w/shower, kitchen and sitting room w/TV, patio w/view of the pool.

Bedroom 2: Top Floor suite with King size bed & TV, sitting room w/TV and bathroom w/shower. Huge sundeck on this level with great views of the ocean!

Bedroom 3: 3rd floor, king size bed & TV, private deck with ocean views.

Bedroom 4: 3rd floor, 1– twin over double bunk beds, plus 3 twin bed , private deck with view of pool.

(Bedroom 3 & 4 share a full bathroom w/Shower and tub on the 3rd level)

Bedroom 5: 2nd floor, 2 – queen size beds, bathroom w/shower, deck with views of the pool.

No need to haul linens, this unit is equipped with all bed linens and bath towels for family rentals. We follow all CDC and our local heath dept. recommendations on laundering bed linens and bath towels.

We have a full kitchen on the second floor that is stocked with all the equipment to prepare gourmet meals or to reheat leftovers from all of the great restaurants in Ocean City! There is also a 2nd kitchen located in the ground level suite!

There is a large deck with ocean views off of the 2nd floor living room.

This is not the normal Ocean City rental, we rent Friday to Friday during the summer months. No need to wait in long lines at rental offices, we will send you the code to enter this home. No keys to mess with or get lost on your vacation. As owners of this home we take pride in the appearance and cleanliness of the unit. Please notify us of any special needs prior to check in and we will gladly accommodate to the best of our abilities.

We offer this unit for full week rentals in June, July, August and September. We also offer very reasonable rates for 3 or 4 night weekends during the off season. Please check our calendar for availability. We fill up quickly due to a high volume of repeat renters.

This property is owned and operated by Paul and Jessica Lebling, Your Shore Getaway , we live locally in the area . Deal with an owner directly not a Broker or Management company that may not return your calls.

This property is not available for High School Senior Week groups.

Fun LDW getaway
Location Location Location! My friends and I enjoyed how close we were walking distance to Seacrets which was practically across the street . Nicely situated a stones throw from the water and a short walk to other great bars and restaurants. Very spacious for large groups. Would highly recommended! And easy and quick communication with the hosts.

Great family place
We had two families with four adults and seven kids (ages 2-12) and the location was perfect. Red light with crosswalks to get to the action on the other side of the Coastal Highway. Half a block from the beach with easy access - we never even wore shoes to the beach. Decks were amazing extra space for everyone. Community pool was great, although a little chilly! House was equipped with everything needed. We would absolutely stay here again.

This place was amazing!! We went for a bachelorette party and it was right across from Seacrets. A minute walk to the beach! I want to stay again and for longer! Beautiful rooms, and views from the balcony! Enough space for 12 women to spread out!

This was the perfect find for our last minute family vacation to ocean city, everything about this rental was amazing, from communication with the owner, check in, house condition, proximity to the beach. It was a truly great find. The house has 4 floors, 2 private suites (1st and 4th floor) was perfect for the 2 couples, 2nd and 3rd floor have 3 bedrooms. The decks in every room is amazing. The beach is right down the block which makes it super convenient if you travel with kids. Great great house!

Good location but layout of rooms was not functional for us
Pros: The location was great, it's a short walk to the beach and semi-ocean views from top and middle decks. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs. Great kids room with room to sleep 6 kids. Cons: The layout was a little weird because the kitchen was in the middle versus on the top by the main balcony.The bedroom off of the kitchen was awkward because that is a hang out area but we had to be quiet in the morning if people were still sleeping there. The open stairs also let a lot of sound travel which wasn't good for us with kids that wake up early and grandparents that don't. The basement suite wasn't functional at all for us because there was no air flow to the bedroom so it was hot. Also, the mattress in the basement unit was very uncomfortable. We ended up not using this bedroom at all. Overall cleanliness was okay except we found a hotdog in the extra toaster and an eggo waffle on a paper plate in the oven upon arrival so...
