Privileged experience

Despite the 5pm check in (which is ridiculous in the office season), Francis accommodated a check in at 2pm with the room ready. The breakfast is outstanding and worth the price included in the stay. I am a frequenter visitor to this particular hotel because of the service it provides.

It was going to be mild for December so I booked 1 night at the beach with plans to take my dog along. I booked thru secondary site and there was a 200$ pet fee which was more than the cost of my room. When I called to ask about my reservation they cut the fee to $100 which I thought was generous.

We were unable to stay there because they did not have any over flow parking for oversized vehicles. We are still currently waiting on our refund as well since our only option was to get a refund and book a toom in the Courtyard hotel next door. I was looking forward to our stay ad well as the room looked very nice. Still have not received our refund yet.
