This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood with a glimpse of the beach. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Fairhaven 301 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The living room is spacious and pastel-colored, furnished with comfy couches and a television. The larger couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the room. Right off the living room is a small dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is a wood-paneled kitchen with a wide counter top, just right for grabbing a quick bite. Great location. Needs a deep clean.

Perfect location (loved the quiet area), layout & size. Easy check in/out. Cleanliness though, was not so great. It needs a good deep clean. I dropped the cap to my Advil & it rolled under the dresser. I moved the dresser to find a ton of dust bunnies & a pair of underwear that has clearly been there for quite some time! You can tell the doors, walls, & furniture haven’t been wiped down in quite some time. Also, be sure to provide your own hand soap & toilet paper!

Great vacation spot

Good location to the beach and other activities in the city. Can see ocean from balcony. Small drive to boardwalk. Disliked the mattresses very much. Mattresses are very very poor.
