This incredibly spacious, six-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom house is filled with luxury in every room. Think upscale tropical: palm trees, soaring ceilings, banana palms, dark-stain tongue-and-groove wainscot porch ceilings, and lavish window treatments. Brand new and custom-built, this is the only home in Sunset Island with its own private elevator, making it easy to access all four levels.

Enjoy the bay breezes from the private balconies and the screened porch, sip a cold drink at the wet bar, prepare a meal in the gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and enjoy one of the seven flatscreen TVs (with Netflix). Luxurious bedding, soaking tubs, vanities with dual sinks, and decorator furniture round out the luxury. Venture outside and you'll find a gas grill, two bicycles, and free additional beach gear for your pleasure, making this a luxurious beach getaway that lacks absolutely nothing.

Sunset Island is Ocean City's premier gated community, boasting luxurious amenities in an ideal location that's central to all this resort town has to offer. This private, 37-acre island includes every amenity, such as stunning bay views, walking trails, indoor and outdoor pools, an interactive fountain, a fishing/crabbing pier, a clubhouse, three private bay beaches, The Landing Restaurant, a market, boat docks, and a convenient midtown location at 67th Street.

This home is a subunit of Sunset Island - Beachside Mews 1 & 2. Sunset Island - 1 Beachside Mews can be rented separately.

Things to Know
A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: January 1 - April 30 and October – December 31 = $100. May 1 - May 25 = $150. Sunday before Memorial Day, May 26 to Saturday after Labor Day, September 7 = $200. September 8 - September 30 = $150.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place. Bed situation was misleading.
First of all, the place is great and we had a great time! The check in was confusing as I either couldn't find or they didn't send me the code to get into the Vacasa after hours lock box. They also didn't answer my request for assistance. A helpful stranger agreed to let me look in the box (thank you, sir!). The place itself is huge and awesome. One thing we did not like was that the listing was inaccurate as it shows the room I stayed in as having a double bed with a single bed next to it. When we got there, they owners had replaced with a bunk bed double with single on top. Now we are eight older guys with bad knees and most over 6 foot tall. No one was climbing up those tiny steps to sleep in a child's bunk bed. One guy slept on the couch and it all worked out, but just to be clear, both the photos and the layout misrepresented that bedroom and we had to adapt. Other than that, and the homeowner association's odd obsession with parking, it's a great place to stay!

Vacation site fit for all ages
This tastefully appointed home had enough bedrooms and beds for my 3 generation family to be comfortable. The open family/dining room and kitchen area was a great gathering spot. The resort's amenities were enjoyed by all, especially the walking trail, fitness center, fishing pier, interactive fountain, and pool. It is also located close to other attractions/activities on the Coastal Highway as well as the nearby state of Virginia (Chincoteague).

Beautiful house
This house was perfect for the 12 of us. With 4 floors, everyone enjoyed family time without impeding on personal space. There were so many things to do within the resort, and yet we found time to relax.

Fantastic property and location
Fantastic property and location. Able to park more than 3 cars without needing to purchase additional passes since garage/driveway fits 3 to 4 additional cars. Also house has a grill in the garage but not certain if permitted to use. Thank you for a great stay.
