This had to be one of the best customer service oriented places I have ever stayed at. The owner was very helpful and prompt with any and all issues, and an overall very personable individual. We had an issue our first night with the bar under the hotel partying with loud music until 2am and she got them to stop. That was a godsend with a 4 year old in tow. She even moved us up to the second floor and further away from the noise which was a huge help. My only real “issues” of you can call them that, was that the beds in neither room were not particularly comfortable and were quite noisy, and the water pressure. Other than that great experience and we’ll be back.

The owner, Chrissy, was very helpful - offered use of tools to fix my bike! The fact that the owner is even at the location (and working!) says a lot about the establishment. I have noticed a huge improvement in cleanliness over the past several years - I noticed that while wearing white socks in the room. The pool is in the sun all day long! The location is so convenient being right on the boardwalk. My only wish would be a hair blow dryer in the room. Definitely a great experience - my husband and I have been staying here for about 20 years now and it keeps getting better.

The property person kept saying about poolside. She said she spoke to husband and didn't. She said she called but didn't receive one. Only real problem was dirty floors upon arrival. She thought we got them dirty just got there. Only one outlet to charge phone. Beds are old like Grandma. The young lady at desk is nice. Room decent. Bill print out said i paid little over 5 hundred. Was charged around 660 on card. Plus 22.00 additional at arrival. Why why the difference

I only stayed because I was tired from driving. Room was dirty, place is a dump. Got up in the morning and drove back home even though I paid for more than one night. I did not even want to shower in the place. Even the motel across the street had a full parking lot. There were 3 cars here. DO NOT STAY HERE

The front desk staff was very friendly, I guess that was to make up for the outdated room. The bathroom floor had hair clipping from the guess before and fake eyelashes stuck on the floor also. No saying the have bed bugs my wife got up with bites marks all on her neck and arms. The air conditioner had a mind of it's own worked when it wanted too. The room next to us just opening the door sounded like they were braking into your room. The pool and the staff was the best part of this place. But you get what you pay for.

Giving 1 star due to location is close to the boardwalk and other kids rides. This one is an old property. Key entry so you have to make sure not to lose it. Both shower tub and sinks were dirty. Main problem was sink drainage was clogged. We could not use the sink and that was the most inconvenience for a room cost us close to $300 a night. I talked to the front desk about sink issue three times. Once over the phone and twice in person. All I got was "SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE SIR". I was hoping they send someone to fix it or give us a different room or may be something else that would help. That was not the case. Imagine living in this situaion with two young kids. I'd never rent this place.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The shower and room were cleaner than others we had been to in the area, and there was a large balcony. The room had a large refrigerator and comfortable beds. Very easy boardwalk access close to several fun places on the boardwalk.
