Everything was acceptable except that the pool was ice cold and not very clean. The hot tub was not warm. Nice to have breakfast. But in the future will stay somewhere with nicer pool.

Nice enough, however age is evident and combined with dampness and humid feel inside the room. Floors felt almost wet from how damp it was which you could also smell through a musty humid smell. I’m sure in the heat of the summer this would feel better potentially but not in September.

We walked in and the front lobby was beautiful. Then we walked through the hall to our room and it was dated. Got to our room and walked in. Flickering light, the cleanliness lacked. There was still urine a pubic hair at the base of the toilet and sweeping was not great. The pool was cool but hot tub was cold and broken. Advertises a hot tub that’s heater is torn apart. The golf was cool. Breakfast was great.

Staff were friendly, but we left the sign out saying we wanted service, and nobody came. Called the desk requesting toilet paper, as we were out the morning after arriving. Had to leave a message, still didn't hear from anyone. Called again and spoke to someone saying we needed t.p., still nobody came.My husband finally walked down to the front desk to get the toilet paper. 4 staff were just sitting there. He told them we'd called twice, and they were unconcerned. Our room was not like the website pictured. We had dogs, and I get that it wouldn't be as nice, but their refurbishing has a ways to go. It was our anniversary and I was really disappointed.

We could not find the property under this name. They changed the name to Ocean Paradise. The staff was not very warm and welcoming. Our tv did not work the first night. They did and fix it the next day. The WIFI in our room did not work. The room was super small and cramped with large furniture. The beds were very hard. The room/bathroom didn’t seem very clean. There were a lot of areas that needed maintenance/paint. They have a mini golf course, but never mentioned if we could use it or where anything was. They never gave any instructions as to where the pool or breakfast area was or what time they were available. There was nothing in the room about the amenities at the hotel or in the area. The pool and especially the spa were dirty. The jets in the spa didn’t work half the time. They had cheap plastic lawn chairs to sit in which were very flimsy and not meant for larger people. The vending machines were mostly empty. There was not any fresh coffee in their coffee bar. Their breakfast was mediocre. They had the option to make waffles which was awesome, but the butter was cold and didn’t melt. The rest of the food was disappointing. Overall the hotel was not worth what we paid.
