Parking was safe, the room was to tidy & clean. Very spacious so that was nice! You need to open the vacant Restaurant next door on your property, it would be more convenient for your guests! Was surprised to pay extra for an earlier check, when it wasn't that busy on our arrival at around noonish. As the room we got was already cleaned! 😒

Not as advertised.

The staff were very nice.. however the pool is down and continental breakfast was not there. Instead there was a sign saying we could go to the comfort inn with a voucher to get breakfast. However at check in we were told where breakfast was served… the pool is down for the rest of the year and that was not reflected on the website. Checked out and moved hotels. The staff were friendly for the most part, but not really helpful in helping with a refund. They stated I booked through expiration so there was nothing they could do.

Super disappointed! Went on a trip with my boyfriend and was excited to spend time in the pool and hot tub and when we got there found out that was closed. Was told we had to go two hotels down if we wanted to use theirs. Then for some reason we had to switch rooms because the front desk attendent couldnt figure out our keys. Switched rooms and still only could use ine key. Next, after the first night my boyfriend woke up with bug bites all over him! Was super confused where they came from until later in the night found FLEAs crawling on my ankles!!! GROSS!!!! All throughout the stay we kept finding them jumping on us and the bed! Will never stay here again!

Absolutely horrible, under construction they didnt tell us until after we paid and checked in that the hottub and pool were down, only toast and oatmeal offered for breakfast the staff was rude

Swimming pool/hot tub area closed. Hardly able to advertise this when its out for over a month, or they didnt want people using it. So stop saying its available pre stay. I was one of the few if not the only one in the hotel and I felt like I was the inconvenience. Bed was small and hard.

Nothing was what was advertised. The pool was closed. The hot tub was closed. They did not offer continental breakfast. I was charged a $30 a night fee per dog. And the wall was torn up from the prior dogs. The windows were full of spiderwebs complete with spiders. Outside our window was a chair turned over and the screen off of our window was laying on the ground. We told staff about this. And after five days, it was not picked up. So that was our view. My credit card was compromised. After three attempts of them to charge me the $360 for my dogs.

First off check in is not until 4pm and you have to check out by 11am not even 24 hours!! Next room cost about 115.00 then for 2 small dogs it was 80.00 just for a room you all ready paid for!! These charges are starting to get out of hand!! Beds are bad stayed a few times here and every room on the bottom floor beds suck!! This hotel has changed owner 3 times in over a year and a half!! Then they have a sign that says pool and hot tubs don’t work again!! But you can drive down the road to another hotel and use there!! Very unhappy will be checking in to different hotels now or start camping!!!

No pool, hot tub, game room as description indicated. They had an agreement with a nearby hotel to let people use their pool. But they don't have a shower room/locker. So we had to walk back to tge hotel wet and dark. Carpet had a lot of animal hair. Toilet was clogged.

We have stayed here several times. Room good size,beds comfy has everything but does not have a good breakfast or hot tub and pool was down. They offer another hotel though. We dont use though. Price is right also.
