No pool, hot tub, game room as description indicated. They had an agreement with a nearby hotel to let people use their pool. But they don't have a shower room/locker. So we had to walk back to tge hotel wet and dark. Carpet had a lot of animal hair. Toilet was clogged.

We have stayed here several times. Room good size,beds comfy has everything but does not have a good breakfast or hot tub and pool was down. They offer another hotel though. We dont use though. Price is right also.

As soon as we walked in we were disappointed as when we booked our stay it was for the pool and hot tub. Both were closed. This wasn’t disclosed online or when we booked. The sign on the front desk does state that we could use comfort inns pool and hot tub. Also I am pregnant and drinking water like crazy, I ran out right before 9:00 pm and had my husband go to the front desk and ask where we could find water. Mind you there is no ice or water on the third floor.. kinda strange because they have an ice chest for you in the room. Anyways he went to the front desk asked if there was any water any where. She stated “ the pool room was the only room with water in it and it’s completely closed” my husband responded with “ okay so where could I get some water then” and she very rudely scoffed at him and walked away into the back grabbing a water bottle. Thankfully I got my water but at the cost of an attitude. Then as it was 11:00 pm my husband and I were going to sleep for the night when someone was trying to get into our room. Kept trying to open the door again and again. My husband got up and the lady at the door said they double booked our room.. fast track to this morning we woke up and were getting ready to leave at 9:00am as we didn’t want to stay here any longer. House keeping was trying to get into our room.. check out isn’t until 11:00 am. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in my life time and this one is by far the worst.

It was alright

Nice enough but run down and the pool is closed for the foreseeable future which we did not know and one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the pool. And ive seen continental breakfasts that were weak but this one takes the cake.

I chose this hotel because it had an ocean view and hot tub. Checked in to find the hot tub closed until further notice. Ocean view is accurate, but it is a stretch because hotel is far from beach and dunes block most of the view. First room we were given had no nightstands (so weird!), tv didn’t work, and the walls were quite thin. To their credit, they let us choose a different room without any fuss. Overall, it’s fairly run down and disappointing. It was affordable though, so if you go, it’s ok for what it is, just don’t have high expectations. And call ahead about the pool/hot tub.
