Good hotel for the price!!

The hotel was nice for the price. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a dog area behind the hotel with dog bags. The room was a great size. Overall we would definitely stay there again if we return to the area. Only bummer was the pool and hot tub were out of commission. Close to two different beach access areas.

Rude staff, told us we were taking advantage of them when our room flooded from the upstairs drunk person who let the tub overflow and didn't turn off the water. We had to get management to bust in the room upstairs to turn off the water. They tried to vacuum (yes not a shop vac but a vacuum!) up the water to clean it up. Mind you it was sleeping through the door jams in our room and pouring like a waterfall from our ceiling light fixtures etc. We had to call the cops for fear of what happened to the upstairs occupant as the management wouldn't. We had to leave at 1am and drive 2 hours home with our young kids because they were "full", wouldn't offer to find an alternative hotel for us and refused to refund our 2 rooms. They have given us the run around about a refund and hang up on us when we call asking for the owner. Do Not Stay HERE.

Do not stay here! Unprofessional, incompetant owner and staff. We had 2 rooms booked (interconnecting) for a 1 night stay. Around 11pm we woke up to hear water dripping. Turned on the light to see it was literally raining from the ceiling. I went to the front desk to alert them and let them know the shower or tub upstairs had been running awhile. Previously we had heard lots of loud banging like rough housing. The front desk clerk went to check the room above us and came back and said we think the occupant is drunk or doing drugs and we can't get in, he won't answer the door. They told us they were going to call the police. 45 minutes later no police so I call 911. At this point the water is still running they have no confirmation on the person inside and their well being. The 2 staff members are running back and forth like idiots doing nothing. When I spoke with the emergency operator they had not yet been alerted to the concern and did consider it an emergency situation. Drunk or drugs the occupant could have needed medical attention. Water still running at this point is coming through our electrical fixtures. They did not seem very happy that I called for help. At this point it's midnight 3 police patrols had arrived. The workers are trying to vacuum the water with a regular vacuum. We did not feel safe staying here and wouldn't do anything to help us, told us it wasn't there problem! They refuse to refund us and we ended up driving home (2 hrs) at 1am. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The anti slip strips were coming up in bathroom. We really didn't have a view. The people at the front deak wouldn't hard say anything too me however they would talk to my husband. I have never had that problem before

We stayed at this hotel for a convention we attended. We had several friends also staying at the hotel. We all got charged diffrent amounts for a damage deposit. Anywhere from $50- $123 for identical rooms. One of my friends were charged prior to check in. They advertise a continental breakfast but we were told they were not serving it because there was too many people in the hotel to feed. Our bed was completely worn out and dipped severely in the middle. The house keeper didn't close our door after she cleaned our room. We will not be staying here again
