The top floor deck can be used day or night. It overlooks the pool and faces east. Perfect for watching the sunrise or star gazing.

Spacious open plan living area oriented around the pool. Light and airy. Awning window above kitchen sink and glass sliding doors. Induction cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. Fridge supplies cold filtered water and makes ice.

Outside there are 4 sun lounges, a bar table with 4 stools, fire pit and bbq. A large 24 sq/mtr pergola creates a third poolside living space.

A fourth toilet and hot/cold outdoor shower complete the amenities.
