Really cute home, but there were some definite cons
Pros:
-It's a really cute home full of character with great decor
-Really family-friendly, with games in the cupboard, boogie boards, Wii, a ping-pong table and foosball table. There is also a high-chair and pack and play for littles.
Cons:
-It was really hot in the house. Outdoor temps were low 80's, but we could not get the house to cool down. There were two fans provided, and two of the three bedrooms do have A/C units, but the main living areas and the one bedroom were unpleasantly hot.
-It was not very clean. There was debris on the living room carpet, beneath the beds and in the bathrooms. There were dirty socks left over from a previous guest-- beneath the bed in one of the bedrooms.
-It was not well-stocked. There were TWO bath towels in the entire house, even though we are a family of 7. There were only three beach towels as well. And one dishtowel. There was no soap provided for the bathrooms.
-We found out after we arrived that the washing machine was broken. Randi did offer laundry service, but we didn't really want to deal with the hassle of what that would entail.
Randi did text us prior to our arrival saying "Please let me know if you need any towels or additional supplies during your stay and I can drop them off." We told her there weren't enough towels, and she did drop off a bag of towels within a couple of hours. She also included other things: bath soap, dish soap, a sponge, etc. but these things should have been in the house upon arrival.
