Sem higiene e limpeza no geral, mas cozinha é gritante. Um apartamento de férias onde existe rotatividade de pessoas, exige-se o mínimo de higiene e cuidado. O apartamento está decrépito e sem condições para cozinhar ou simplesmente estar a relaxar. Objectos de decoração em demasia e carregados de pó, cadeiras partidas, mesa da cozinha em péssimo estado, mau cheiro… De fugir literalmente! Não ficamos até ao final de estadia e acabei por alugar outro alojamento para terminar as férias. Profundamente desiludida. A Sra. Helena foi prestável e prontificou- se a resolver questões que surgiram, mas infelizmente não foi o suficiente para que a estadia fosse agradável.

Kommunikation schwierig, Stornierung von Buchung
Nach der Reservierungsanfrage teilte die Gastgeberin uns mit, dass die Wohnung belegt ist. Die Kommunikation war teilweise portugiesisch, teilweise englisch und sehr schwierig. Später erfolgte dann überraschend doch die Reservierungsbestätigung. Diese mussten wir dann über die Plattform stornieren lassen und das Geld wurde uns zurück erstattet.
