The hotel was clean and reasonably updated. The service staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a really great harbour view from our room and enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The immediate areas around the hotel is very nice for walking and there are lots of options for shopping or dinning within walking distance. They don’t have their own parking lot so we had to pay extra for parking which came as a surprise to me. However the parking lot is right across the street so it’s very easy access to the hotel. The beds were comfortable but I found the pillows to be quite flat and I needed to stack two to get some sleep. The breakfast buffet was okay but not great. Maybe it was an off day but the coffee was not good. Everything considered, I would stay at this hotel again if I found myself taking another trip to Kingston

It was a lovely stay. The beds were comfy. Wolf, the robot, was fantastic! Great gym and pool facilities and we could walk everywhere. Our room also had a great view of the waterfront. Oh, and the Wharf and Feather had a tasty Cobb Salad.

A very nice hotel in an excellent location, right on the waterfront. We had a nice harbour view from our room. I would definitely stay there again. It's very close to shops, bars and restaurants but also very quiet. It's literally a few minutes walk to everything you need. Parking is a bit expensive but at least there is a discount for Hotel guests (and at least you can come and go as you like).

EXCELLENT: Restaurant/bar staff POOR Prior to booking with Expedia ( hotel could not match the price. Weird)as Lord Elgin in Ottawa did and every other hotel over the years we booked did.. We called the hotel to confirm all Harbor front rooms were looking over the water and were told they did. Ours looked over the air-conditioner platform which had a water pool on it to attract bugs. Could not sit on the balcony. First hotel we stayed at EVER that had no safe to put valuables in. We had our passports and $$ bought at the Royal Mint in Ottawa.

Spider on the ceiling, when we entered, smells, the cabinet in the bathroom is falling, no drawers for clothes, the price is too high for the room, my family wasn’t happy! No breakfast. Property needs to improve with the value you are charging
