Nice place to stay as the Hotel Location is very good. It’s on a hep street which is open till late bus stops are nearby It’s just very far from any beach It would take 2 hours to reach a good beach feom this side of naha so it’s better to stay anywhere else if you want a place closer to the beach. Rest the stay was good !8,3 place at a nice price. 7/11 is on the 1st floor of yhis byilding so obviously helful.

国際通りにあるビジネスホテルだが、県庁駅から近く、格安で部屋も広い。 隣に88ステーキが有り、また地下に泡盛の居酒屋があって便利。 スリッパとコーヒーが無いので、欲しい人は持参する必要があるが、一階がセブンイレブンなので、そこで調達出来る。

スタッフと顔合わすことなく、チェックインチェックアウトした。避難経路とか少し不安でしたがお大きく掲示あり全く大丈夫でした。街中なのに静かに過ごせた。少し部屋の音が聞こえる、やや狭いけと、価格からするとお得感いっぱいです。コンビニにも外に出ずに行けることも良かったです。

自動チェックインで最後にカードキーが出てくるのが分かりにくく受け取り忘れ、部屋のドア前から引き返しました。画面で、この後ルームキーが出ますとアナウンスしてくれると助かります。 残念だったのが、バスルームレールカーテンのレール部分黒カビ。カビ臭くてゆっくりシャワー出来ませんでした。他は清潔だったのでその部分が残念でした。あと、トイレのウォシュレットが壊れていました。残念。安いから設備が壊れてても許せるという訳では無いです。

1階にコンビニがあり、国際通りに面しているので最高の立地です。 コンビニにはホテル宿泊者専用の扉があるので、エレベーターを降りたらすぐに行けるのでとても便利でした。

ベッドとベッドの間の床に3センチくらいのゴキブリの死骸がありました。しかもゴキブリ本体の数センチ離れたところにゴキブリの足だけも分離して転がっていた。 床が黒系のカーペットとはいえ普通気づくでしょ。 それとトイレは後からウォシュレットを付けたようで、少し斜めに取り受けられてあり違和感があります。 国際通りに面していて便利なのが良いところですが全体的には微妙なホテルでした。

朝食が残念！
朝食付きプランで3泊しましたが、3回の朝食時に食堂にスタッフが誰もおらず、キッチンにいる人に大声で声をかけても全く対応してくれず、地下1Fの食堂から10Fのフロントまで人を呼びに行って対応してもらいました。朝食内容も、ポークたまご定食か沖縄そば定食の二択で、いずれも追加で払う朝食費用に見合わない内容でした。次回使うとしたら朝食無しプランにします。 スタッフはほとんどが外国の方ですが、日本語会話は普通にできる方々でホスピタリティも高いです。 設備については、フロント脇にウェルカムドリンクコーナーがあり、お茶や泡盛、シークヮーサー酒がいつでも何度でも楽しめます。お部屋はひろくないですが必要十分、廊下の音が結構聞こえますが、国際通り沿いにある割には外の騒がしさは聞こえなかったです。あと、シングルルームはクーラーとても効きます。全館空調でなく、家庭用のエアコンが各部屋に設置されてるので、温度も運転モードもお好みで調整できます。カードキーを入り口脇に刺すことで部屋の電気が使えるようになりますが、エアコンと冷蔵庫は独立してるので、カード抜いて電源切れることはないです。 立地は国際通り沿い、県庁前駅から徒歩5分ほど、1Fにセブンイレブンもありとても好立地、その代わりに駐車場はないです。
