Comfortable bed. Services were very good. Another resident in the near our room was talking on the phone very loud. It went on for 2 hours on the 1st morning and for about 30 minutes on the 2nd day.

The room was very nice and clean. The night staff wasn't very friendly but no complaints. The morning staff was very nice. No breakfast, that was a bummer. We stayed here before and they let us go to the hotel behind this one to eat breakfast. I guess they changed that policy.

Clean and comfortable , but the pool and breakfast a d cable were not as advertised. I picked thia property and paid 125 dollars for 1 night becaise i thought there was a pool, breakfast , and atleasr decent channels to watch on tv. I was overall dissapointed .

This hotel could easily be a four-star property if the Management group that owns the hotel would stop trying to cut corners over simple things that make for a great guest experience. For example, making sure that the spare bedspread that's folded in the closet DOES NOT have dried blood stains on it.👿 Second, our room was complete with a separate bedroom, a living room, a full bathroom with tub and shower and two separate closets. I don't know why the management chose not to provide non-stick cookware in a kitchenette that is complete with a full refrigerator, stove top and dishwasher. There were two thermostats provided one for the living room kitchenette area and another one for the bedroom that has a locking door separating the three areas. As I stated earlier this could easily be a four-star facility if the management would pay more attention to the small details of their customers experience!

It was fairly quiet, close to where I needed to be and I felt safe coming to the property. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The young lady who checked me in was very nice.
