Front decsk staff is very unhumane. My power was off half the time i was there they said that they couldnt helo me and to wait for the mirning shift (mgmt). She said wasnt aware of it and went on her merry little way,so i cancelled my next day stay. But tgey refused to refund me. Dont go there

The beds were ok, not the best. Pillows were air, they flattened when you played your head on them. Breakfast was really good. They had waffle, egg, sausage, fruit, juice, yogurt, and coffee. The staff was very helpful!

Housekeeping is supposed to come every 3 days, but only came once within 15 nights. We had to ask for fresh towels and to have the trash taken out, while some occupants chose to just set theirs in the hallways. A plumbing issue resulted in all water being turned off but we were not notified until we called to report no water and had to get a separate hotel due to no water for 24 hours and they felt it was acceptable without apology, refund or discount. It’s dirty, it smells bad in the upper floors, the air conditioning in the upper floor halls didn’t work, peeling ceiling paint in rooms and halls/common areas, the high traffic of some individuals day in and day out makes one question what goes on there. The first room they gave us was supposed to be a suite with a sleeper sofa, but only had a chaise, and broken curtain rods with curtains dropping to the floor. You get what you pay for but the Clarion establishments used to be a place worth staying.
