Room has not been maintained! Toilet seat broken, microwave handle broken, refrigerator DID NOT WORK! Had to go out for ice every evening. Shower was not the best for sure. I tend to stay out but the airport where hotels are newer, cleaner and restaurants are much nicer.

The free shuttle to areas in Bricktown was terrific! I do wish there were sidewalks all the way between the hotel and Bricktown. Overall, the hotel seemed to be in a safe area, and the parking was convenient. We did not try the breakfast. The room was clean, but we could hear water running through the pipes (from other rooms using water) and it was a little noisy at times from the heavy doors shutting and people in the hall. We did tell the front desk clerk that there was no cord for the phone for us to call the front desk, so we had to go to the front desk instead to ask a question or mention an issue. We did not report this, but it appeared a lamp shade was missing from the light on the desk and one of the bulbs needed to be replaced in the lamp on the nightstand.

the staff were friendly and responsive, I loved that the kitchenette came stocked with all you needed to use it, the room was clean. The breakfast was fine, if a bit lackluster. The pool was open even though it was October which was a nice surprise.

This hotel was in a good location with plenty of parking. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Would stay here again if we returned to Oklahoma City.
