First stay was acceptable not amazing though
No Air Conditioning in elevators in 100 degree weather. Having to pay for parking when we already are paying for a room!!! That is ridiculous. Itd be nice to yave an extra bla ket or two to be able to cover up with besides what makes the bed up. Pillows are too soft and and not supportive.

My thoughts
The hotel was beautiful and clean very well taken care of..the rooms could use one thing they don’t have, which is a fan and/or heater in the bathroom..the other 2 things I have issues with is how much they want you to pay for their breakfast buffet, I mean $19 is pretty steep..not everyone has that kind of money to spend on their breakfast. I think they should offer like a 1 plate breakfast from the buffet for $6..my other issue is I had to pay for parking. I had 2 options, $23 to park myself or $32 to have the valet do it. Once again not everyone has Renato kind of money to spend on parking. Overalll though I enjoyed my stay tremendously

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was super helpful. From the hotel, it was an easy walk to Bricktown, which offers fabulous dinning options. The hotel is right next to the basketball arena, so it was fun to walk around and take selfies. My only complaint was that we could hear drivers revving their engines at night.

Good Stay
Stay was good. Hotel was great but won’t stay there again. No fault of the hotel or its staff but the location next to one of the Tunnels to Bricktown was noisy all night due to the loud cars and motorcycles revving their engines to hear them echo.

It was conveniently located near the concert venue and the Botanical Gardens where we had plans to visit. We were able to park close to the elevator so getting to and from our car was easy. The staff was very friendly, and I was able to check in early. Our room was very nice. Everything was clean and neat. We’ll be staying here again!!

Parking is not included in the booking fee. This was not stated clearly during my booking process, so was a surprise during check-in. Public parking is less than a block away, and is less than half the price. It’s a hotel room, has a bed, shower and plenty of lamps, but no lights on the ceiling. There are no stairs leading up from the lobby. They can only be taken downstairs. They lead directly outdoors and will lock the door behind you. Please bring cash if you want to tip the housekeepers. They do not allow adding a tip to your card on file.

The hotel was in a great location for a quick walk to Bricktown, but we were on the 2nd floor facing the road and it was incredibly noisy with cars and motorcycles blaring their engines. It made it hard to sleep and had I known I would have asked for a different side of the building.
