The room seemed smaller than in past, very cramped, The chair uncomfortable and crammed in the corner between bed and wall, very lumpy bed, felt gloomy. Checkout at 11:00, but even with do not disturb sign on door, knocked on door repeatedly at 8 a.m. to clean room. We have stayed there many times in the past, a few years ago, and it was fine. Maybe outdated at this point. We will not return. Sorry!! Use to be our favorite.

Hotel was ok for a night as we were passing through to get to our destination further west. I gave a low rating because the check in staff was so rude! When that is your first opinion of a business the customer service needs to be good not rude!! Rooms were clean and served the purpose.
