Wow breakfast was quite a variety and lasted from 6 to 10, with a very helpful hostess. Rooms are clean and my whole surroundings felt very safe. They also provided 24 hour shuttle services that prided themselves to being on time and made sure all your needs were met. Then there was coffee, tea, iced water with a hint of fruit, and cookies always available. Was very pleasant.

Everything was great! My most favorite was the maintenance man turning on the water features for my disabled daughter! Only thing that would have made it better is the rooms being colder and the fan being stronger.

The staff was nice the guy checking us in was really nice and gsve us a room away from a big group that had alot of teens in it. The splash pad pool area was pretty nasty and didn't work which was one reason we picked that hotel also found trash and chips under the bed skirts and the bed skirts were very dirty also the bathroom was pretty gross!

The breakfast was excellent (many options). Do recommend that they serve meat products separately from non meat items (not in the same server container-because oils and flavors do cross). The shuttle service does not run 24 hours a day as advertised. It shuts down from 11 pm to 5 am. Hence the lower rating. Need to keep their web site current with what they offer. Other wise they would have gotten a higher rating. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. When in the area again, I would stay again.

Staff was very friendly. The hotel itself is in desperate need of updates/repairs. We picked this hotel because of the kids area in the pool. Neither the kids area or the hot tub worked. The breakfast was okay, but the seating was nasty (dirty and peeling vinyl). The NON-SMOKING floor was not non-smoking. It was gross having to smell the marijuana as soon as you got off the elevator. Last, but not least was having to deal with the homeless person screaming racial remarks at you as you walked to your car with your grandchildren in tow.

It was an okay stay for one night, but probably wouldn’t like staying any longer. Someone kept shaking our door knob, the ground smelled like urine, and it kept getting hot. The staff was friendly but we didn’t see much of them.
