The hotel smells terrible. Rooms are not soundproof. There was a dog in a room nearby that kept barking throughout the night. Breakfast quality was inferior to other hotels of similar standards. Overall, our one-night stay was not very pleasant.

Bed bugs, when we checked in with jay the GM he was very rude and told me I could not get the room but after threading to call the police he gave it to me the it had bed bugs no hot water a lot people was complaining about that and then when checking out they had no record that I paid thru Expedia and tried to get me to pay for the room thru them also
