Great except the valet parking

It was a great stay but the Valet parking was way to slow and I was very late needing to get where I needed to be. I waited 43 minutes before I was able to get my car. My car was under a different room. However the same morning it was 23 minutes before getting my vehicle so if using valet you may want to ask for your vehicle a little earlier

It was a very nice hotel. The staff was amazing. The only things that could have been improved is, during a housecleaning turnover of the room our glass cup and reusable straw were thrown out. The hotel did make it up to us by taking the cost of our items that went missing off our room bill. The toilet paper could have been better, the shower had hair in it, we wish that would’ve been cleaned more thoroughly. Other than that it was an awesome experience. They even gave us a free cupcake for the birthday we were celebrating!

Perfect location for everything downtown. Went during a convention/ game weekend and despite it being a crazy weekend, you could barely tell once out of the lobby. Super quiet. Even got a phone call from their lost and found about one of our missing items. Definitely would recommend.
