Always great staff, from cleaning lady to bar staff nothing is an issue and service with a smile. Love the heated pool and the bar staff are just lovely! Always enjoy coming here.

I was kept up all night by party goers. I was not told that being on the 2nd floor meant I would get to listen to a party below me till 11pm the first night and midnight the second night. Also had people partying in the rooms around me till 1am. Really not awesome. The steam room was broken as well. And then gym was missing a 20lbs weight and both 25lbs weights.

Hotel is in great location with many shopping and dining options nearby. Rooms have been upgraded but hallways are a little less desirable. Staff is very courteous and the heated outdoor pool is nice in January.
