Worst experience ever! Simple is that. Poor customer service or support from Expedia, and wrong information provided. The phone number of the hotel is not updated in the profile so we couldn’t even reach the reception of the hotel out to advice them about my late check-in. We (the Expedia customer service and I) tried many times to call the residence for 2 hours... So I ended up missing my check-in (because it is only open from 5PM to 7.30PM) and my night, so basically payed for nothing (meaning be prepared to not get refunded and to give away your money). Since I booked for 2 nights, I showed up the next day, and the guy told me that he could usually have rented the room if someone would have showed up... and there’s also another hospitality fee (€1.50) from the city that no one if mentioning. Terrible experience.

My communication to property informing the presence of my pet was never delivered so I had to pay additional costs not anticipated. Property nice, in a great relaxing area convenient to beaches and restaurants and shops but you need a car to move around. Nice property with nice swimming pool. Apartment needs some walls and flooring maintenance just aesthetically the rest was fine. Only there 4 nights

Secluded Family Complex
Lovely little self catering villas within a smallish complex - self catering only, there is no restaurant or bar. Reception is only open for specific times which we hadn’t realised and we arrived when nobody was there to let us in (we went to the beach!). There is a decent size pool that has views of the surrounding hills. Only a short walk through a small housing estate (5-10mins) to the most beautiful beach with white sand and crystal clear blue water, and most importantly a little beach bar overlooking a gorgeous bay with islands in the distance and little boats floating on the water. The beach is very large but split into a few smaller beaches by rock formations, it is easy to move between them for a different experience - some have more on them such as sun loungers & a bigger bar. The villa is self catering and provides everything you would need if you are planning a low key self catered beach/swimming pool retreat with the family. We were only there for one night as part of exploring the island so didn’t really speak to the staff at all, the TV didn’t work and we didn’t get any advice on the local area. We ate dinner in the local town that we had driven through (slightly too far to walk so a car is needed) there are a few restaurants in the town which is easy enough to navigate. It’s a lovely little area, but quite quiet and family focussed.

Il prezzo è sicuramente inferiore alla media , la posizione è molto bella , ma l’appartamento che ci è stato dato era tenuto molto male .! Un po’ più di cura per le finiture e per la muratura non sarebbe male .

L'appartamento vicino alla reception era in buone condizioni e fornito del necessario. Lo spazio esterno in veranda è un po' stretto. Il sig. Giordano in reception sempre gentile e disponibile.

Ideaal gelegen tov luchthaven (15-20 min rijden) en strand (prachtig strand op loopafstand). Zwembad ook heel mooi. Verder heeft het park niet echt een gezellige uitstraling. Op de site stond dat je 24 uur van te voren contact moest opnemen omdat er geen echte receptie is. Keurig gedaan maar niets teruggehoord dus je arriveert een beetje op hoop van zegen. Voor dorpje/restaurantje moet je toch weer even in de auto, in de directe buurt is niet echt wat, er is alleen een simpele kiosk op het strand.

Af alle de rejser jeg har været på, så har dette hotel/lejlighedskompleks KLART, verdens mest venlige personale, specielt herren ved navn Giuliano (tror jeg). Selvom deres engelsk ikke var spot on, så prøvede de ihærdigt at hjælpe med alt jeg spurgte om. Hotellet ligger ikke langt fra Olbia lufthavn, men det kan klart anbefales at man lejer en bil, når man rejser til Sardinien.

I overkant optimistisk beskrivelse
Bærer preg av å være en eldre destinasjon. Klimaanlegg fungerer ikke, seng soverom ok, sovesofa elendig. Meget lytt mellom leilighetene. Basseng og grøntareal er fint. Ca 10 min å gå til strand, ikke mulig å kjøre bil til stranden. Bilveien frem til leiligheten var meget dårlig de siste 2 minuttene. I nærområdet er det kun strand, langt til restaurant og butikk, ca 6 min med bil. Resepsjonen var kun betjent i noen timer på formiddag og kveld, veldig bli og hyggelig mann. Navn og beskrivelse harmonerer dårlig med virkeligheten. Vi bodde heldig vis her i lavsesong med få gjester.
