Sarah at the front desk was so helpful and wonderfully loaded with information and recommendations in the area! She's is fantastic worker bee. ☺️ This is a nice, quiet & safe feeling place to lay your head in Omaha. Only thing I would change honestly is our King bed in our suite definitely needs to be replaced! I couldn't get comfortable in it at all, so moved to one of the queen beds which seemed better. All in all I would stay here again.

Property is new but in a plain and not properly shielded nor insulated. Bathrooms are freezing cold with no ability to heat unless you overheat the room. We had to leave.

On 11/18, called and canceled my reservation for Nov. 22 to change it to Nov. 21,a day earlier. Got confirmation to the changed. Was charged for 2 nights because they said I didn’t cancel on time. Excuse me…. I changed the reservation 3 days before the date. Very disappointed. Was told to take my complaint to Expedia because they were the ones I booked through. Can’t talk to anyone person, only a robot that wrongly directed me at Expedia.

Very, very disappointed. I had to change my reservation from the 22nd of November to the 21st. Did not get the rate of $87.50 for the room through Expedia. Was charged $128.92 instead. The change was confirmed by Expedia. Now I wanted to talk to someone about this and the hotel couldn’t do anything because it was booked through Expedia. I dare anyone to find a contact phone number. Instead I had to talk to a robot who just didn’t get it. Very frustrating. Also had issues with prices and dates on my next leg of the trip through Expedia, another Comfort Suites.
