Location and restaurant staff was amazing! Especially Paige, Brandi and Austin. All 3 were exceptional servers/bartenders & genuinely great people! The food was really good too!

Great hotel, friendly staff. I wish parking wasn’t so expensive but the location you just can’t beat. Especially if you’re going to a show at the CHI center. Will definitely stay again

We arrived right when check in time opened to find a line of approximately 50 other guests in front of us. The line did not move quickly. We ended up having to get ready for event in the bathroom in the hotel lobby. When we left the next day the valet couldn't find our keys even though our vehicle was sitting there waiting for us. All in all the experience wasn't great. The rooms however were clean and ok.

Check in was a NIGHTMARE! People waited for well over an hour to check in…. We went to the bar and had cocktails for 2 hours before the line became even remotely doable. Even then we waited for 20 min. Other than that, a great place to stay if you’re going to a concert at the CHI center.

If a person wants to eat a dinner at your hotel they would be better served by taking a taxi and go to a respected restaurant and eat in comfort. For older people who aren't computer literate it's impossible to make a reservation or order food at your hotel. I will find a hotel easier to use my next trip.

The hotel and room were nice and it was very convenient to the CHI center, however, the check in process when there was an event happening that evening was TERRIBLE. We waited in line for about 45 minutes and almost missed our dinner reservation and had to change our clothes in the lobby bathroom to make it on time. Upon check in, we weren’t able to get more than one key which seemed like a new weird policy, so it was difficult when we were already running behind to get our whole group to their rooms when we needed a key to get to our floor. I valet parked my car and when we parked it was a zoo so I was nervous if I’d even have my car when I checked out the following day. I did, thankfully have my car, but they misplaced my keys for about 10 minutes, which was frustrating when we were trying to leave the next morning.

Clean room, very nice accommodations, including comfortable mattresses. Check in took forever, as the Travelocity confirmation # did not work for the Hilton app to check in. There was a 45 minute wait for desk check in, as the hotel was full!

Very slow check in, no charging stations in room except for a broken one, parking is not good and way overpriced. Stayed at a Comfort Inn last week and was just as nice and better in someways. Probably will not stay here again.
