32 birthday bash celebration… When checking into the hotel i was not informed by expedia or the front desk when i called two weeks in advance. Me and my party was shocked of the $34 dollar charge each. When i told the front desk of this issue i was told “ well its downtown you should know” in a snooty kinda attitude. They did upgrade my room to the 8th floor which was nice of them. But the view was TERRIBLE! loved seeing a highway. Then in our room we had no hot water in the shower at all other them the sink and that was coming out boiling hot. The room was super clean and smelt grear which is a shocker for hotels. When i asked if the shuttle can take us to hiro 88 was told it was only for the airport pick up and drop off ( Holiday in offered ride to airporr and certaun locations by certain times ). The only real good experience i honestly had was at the bar with the food and drinks. that was very good! bartenders saturday afternoon and night where amazing. Overall i know it was one night stag but for $285 i was dissapointed.

While the hotel and service was good, the communication between security and the front desk failed. We had lost our rented car key and asked the front desk if any keys had been found. We were told “no” twice but on pressing (after having a locksmith open the car, thinking the keys were locked inside-2 hour process) and searching our hotel room twice with staff assistance, it WAS at security.
