The room itself was mostly fine. However, the second bedroom is a loft with a half wall that’s open to the room below. The bed is pushed up against the half wall upstairs and our toddler nearly launched herself. The pool was broken and the grounds of the hotel are really rundown. Broken volleyball net on a basketball court. Grills everywhere and the smell of pot wafting out of rooms. Seems like maybe people live there. Unclear. Good price for the space you get in a room but I would not return.

It took them awhile to get to the counter to help us. When they finally did. He wasn’t very friendly. The room was okay. There were stains in the carpet and a couple cigarette burns. I also saw roaches in the kitchen.

Don’t listen to a lot of these reviews. Unless you are a Karen you will love the place.. my room was clean air conditioned with one of the best beds I’ve ever slept on.. awesome experience.

We arrived late. Front desk person was nice and helpful. Pool was closed due to some problems. A little disappointing, but understandable. Went to find our room, and people were putside partying and having a good time. Looked more like a place that regulars stayed on the weekends. No parking available on Saturday night due to parties and people hanging out. Loud vehicles and car alarms woke us up several times, and a girl screaming twice in yhe middle of the night. Had to call and request towels and toilet paper after no service for 4 nights. They were very nice and promptly brought them to us. Beds were comfortable and once inside. Probably wouldn't stay there again. Just personal preference.

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool. We’re doing a road trip and wanted to relax. The pool was closed! We asked the front desk if they could take something off our bill and they said that since we booked through Expedia they didn’t think that they could. To call the manager on Monday. Can you help?
