The woman at the front desk was not very friendly, pretty impatient demeanor From the outside it doesn’t seem very appealing, inside appearance is way better. the smell walking into the hallway from the lobby smells like mildew so that was kind of off putting Wifi didn’t work and for some reason our carpet always felt damp. Location isn’t too bad. I’m back and forth with this review because it wasn’t terrible but it also wasn’t very good.

It was rundown, but clean. Our bed was a king but pretty sure there was a queen fitted sheet on it so it wouldn't stay on, which is annoying when sleeping. We had no ice bucket and it was never delivered to us. We had no remote but I did get one at the front desk. Front desk gentleman was difficult to understand and not terribly friendly, but okay. So, yeah, it was an okay stay.

It was a pleasant stay after a long day. Comfortable beds, clean room, and not nearly as bad as many reviews showed. The continental breakfast was decent.

This place is NASTY! I don't even know where to start. Our toilet was broke, my husband fixed it. The carpet was HORRIBLY stained as in dried up pizza sauce everywhere, dark VERY visible stains ALL over the carpet, crumbs, bottle caps, cups under the bed. I told my kids to not walk in our room without shoes. Sticky stuff was all over the wall. White liquid stuff on the wall. Ceiling was falling apart. You only get 2 towels, 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. Doesn't matter how many are in the room. When you ask for towels the staff give you MAJOR attitude. We didn't have a garbage in our room. Staff told me "we don't have any". So they gave me ONE garbage bag. The eating area NASTY. Tables had crumbs, seats had crumbs. Seats and tables were all STICKY. The pool area, the only decent area MINUS towels, and the CHUNKS of hair in the pool. This hotel you could tell ONCE UPON A TIME was a very sophisticated place but with the people running it now, have ran this place in the ground. I am SHOCKED Wyndham has not did a pop up visit. It's actually really sad to see that Wyndham has not done anything about this!

The desk clerks were very nice, but the building has been poorly maintained with the front door being broken, multiple locations of damaged flooring, chipped paint throughout, staining on mismatched ceiling panels. It was probably a beautiful building 20 years ago that has received minimal maintenance since. Pictures show a hotel bar, but the front desk clerks said they didn’t have any bartender on staff. The complimentary breakfast was left lacking.

Check in is at 3. we drove 8 hours and then had to wait on our 2 rooms to be ready when we arrived at 6pm. we (7 of us) had to stand around in the lobby for 20 minutes while they prepped our 2 rooms. Front desk lady said no to discount for keeping 7 of us standing around. Rooms had big carpet stains and mildew all over shower. photos are from just one room. cant wait to check out. only plus was no bed bugs. expected more from Wyndham.

This stay was an absolute disaster - no housekeeping service for entirety of visit (4 nights), not enough hot water for showers, clogged drainage never addressed, key cards required daily update, no re-supply of amenities, hall and roomed odor, general uncleanliness of room and other common areas. Staff did not care to address issues as they were raised.
