The rooms need to be cleaned, because they have a smell in them. It could be the carpet. In the hallways, the same. There was NO business center set up. Breakfast was HORRIBLE, due to not having items to make breakfast complete. Staff needs to be present when guests arrive and NOT having guests waiting for more than ten minutes. Bar wasn't available. Parking lot was well lit and felt safe.

Had requested three days in a row to fix the toilet seat which was broken off, they guaranteed it fixed every day never did I cut my leg. My grandson age 4 fell off and cut his leg after the third day. They still had not fixed it, even though they said they would never apologized. Never even let us know that they didn’t fix it.

I the mother****ers changed me online then I dive there from Iowa and they wanted more money for a deposit and could not take the same card that i paid for online with I had to sleep in my car with this room paid for

Room wasn't very clean. I had to go over dressers and TV screen. Curtain didn't close all the way and bright lights in parking lot shone in our window. There was no hairdryer, only 1/2 roll of toilet paper. The first night, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Called the front desk. They didn't know what to do. We were told to evacuate. My 90 year old mother climbed down 5 flights of stairs, only to be told nothing was wrong. When i asked for refund, I was told by the manager that he told everyone there was no need to evacuate. Staff had NO IDEA what to do.

When we first checked in it took 30mins to check in because some other guest came down and interrupted our checking cursing and saying some one just stole his stuff. Then when we got up to our room it was funky. There was blood all over the bathroo. Door and light switch. The shower and sink both had huge chunks of hair. There was seamen stains on the carpet next to the bed along with vomit. There were huge cobwebs in the room. And the TV was stuck on one channel. My husband an i had to clean our room ourselves just to sleep that one night because there was do much drama that night . The next day we informed the front desk. There reply was i will make note of it and inform my manager. Thats all. I have photos.

Pool area completely closed with no notice (booked specifically for a pool). Breakfast was very limited. Had a flood issue with first room and had to go through 3 other rooms (at 1am) before one was acceptable. (Very long story). Seems like a hotel for very questionable patrons. Lots of parties, loud music, smoking, drug smells. Hotel staff are really the only saving grace, they were very nice and polite. I know a lot of this isnt their fault specifically. Will not stay here again personally.
