Well below the Hilton brand standards, hairs from previous guests still on the wall of the shower room. Due to the shower curtain the entire bathroom floor gets flooded so no one can use the toilet with getting their pants wet. Non private balcony and the list goes on and on

Very comfortable Hotel, bed was comfy with nice linen and great towels in the bathroom and nice underfloor heating in the bathroom also. Food in the restaurant was delicious. And we had a nice view out towards the Lake.

Parking and checkin was a shambles. When I arrived at 7:30pm all the free guest parking was full, and there was inadquate space in front of reception for check in aprking as well. Having to pay an extra $25 for secured parking was an unwelcome surprise. The room was fine - comfortable bed, large clean bathroom - but breakfast was another disappointment. The cooked options were all barely lukewarm. Pastries weren't fresh. Not up to Hilton standard.
