Weekend stay
This home was perfect size for 2 families with young children. Spacious bedrooms to fit porta crib and all the extras. Enjoyed the private and quiet space. Clean and host was very accommodating. We would stay in this home again if in the area. Although we weren’t able to utilize the outdoor fire pit area it is a great entertainment area.

Great House for family fun
We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding weekend and were very comfortable, great family activities available for our down time and to host a meal with other out of town guests. Really only sleeps 8 nicely. We used a couch and blow up bed for 2 people. Kitchen space was great.

Perfect CNY Getaway
My family and I loved this property! So many activities on-site, made hanging out at the house super enjoyable - from making smores by the fire pit, to playing basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard…great memories in just a few days. Very clean and comfortable. The kids cried when we left lol the host was excellent and kind! We will be back!

Great house, well equipped, comfortable , even has a ramp for those w mobility issues. Lots of games inside & out. Close to Turningstone and other attractions Host was easy to reach and got right back. Would definitely rent again if in the area.

Family Reunion
As advertised. Very convenient and accommodating. Front porch and gazebo near the fire pit were exceptional. We gathered in both places with ease and comfort. Family get together
Lovely place. The game/bar room was a hit for watching football, playing shuffleboard and exercising. The house fit our party of 6 people perfectly. Hosts Matt and Tatum left us some delicious cookies and a nice bottle of local wine. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Wonderful stay with family
I was so happy to have found this rental located in central NY for last minute lodging for my family around Christmas. I am originally from the area and had plans to go back for the holidays. We were planning to book a hotel room at the casino like we have in prior years, but so glad we didn’t! We we’re traveling with our 18 month old so it was wonderful to have a home for her to run around in and a massive yard of snow to play in! We were within minutes to the casino and went often- self parking or valet were both quick easy options to park. Overall very impressed with this property, the owners have thought of every detail for the perfect family getaway. My favorite space was the downstairs game room, very big and many options for fun with the family!
