This incredible destination boasts a ton of family-friendly amenities with something for everyone, and paired with its convenient location to some of the most popular shops, restaurants and recreation on the island you're going to fall head over heels for Phoenix V!

This stunning 11th floor 3-bedroom unit was recently renovated and embellished with top of the line modern furnishings, luxurious finishes and high-end electronics throughout, including 4 wall-mounted flat-screen HD Smart TVs with built-in wifi connectivity! The open floor plan provides a welcoming space ideal for entertaining, and floor-to-ceiling windows allow for an abundance of natural light. The living area hosts a large wall-mounted flat screen smart TV, multiple seating options including a chic oversized sectional sofa, plus beachfront balcony access with unobstructed views, where you can relax and take in the picturesque scenery of the Gulf of Mexico without leaving the comfort of your beachfront abode!

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with everything needed to ignite your inner-chef, including high-end stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, ample cookware and serving utensils, plus a spacious breakfast bar with seating for 4! Easily prepare an exquisite meal for your family in this incredible space and indulge in some local Gulf fare, with plenty of fresh seafood markets nearby. The dining area hosts a beautiful wood-crafted table with seating for 8, and with an outdoor table on the balcony you can even enjoy dining alfresco on those balmy evenings while the moon shimmers over the Gulf of Mexico!

All three bedrooms provide a calm and luxurious space to retire after a long day of fun and sun on the beach. The large master suite includes a designer platform king bed adorned with crisp high thread-count linens, luxurious bedding and a premium mattress set, plus another large wall-mounted smart TV, ensuite glamour bath and beachfront balcony access! The second bedroom also features a plush king mattress and two premium queens in the third, with wall-mounted flat screen smart TVs in both. Each bathroom affords plenty of counter and cabinet space filled with fluffy 100% cotton oversized bath towel sets and deluxe bath amenities. There is also a separate laundry room with full size in-unit washer and dryer!

Great summer vacation
The condo was perfect for our large family. We loved the location and the splash water park was perfect for our little kids. The three bedrooms are very spacious and the family room had plenty of space for all of us. There are no beach towels but Walmart is literally only 6 minutes away. We would definitely come back!

Great Fall Break Vacation
The condo was absolutely perfect for our group. We all had plenty of space to move around and not feel like we were on top of each other. The only thing that would've helped was of there would've been a few chairs at the table. We all look forward to coming back next year.

Loved the location. Its was easy to get in/put of the parking lot. The condo was beautiful and had everything to get us started. You do get 2 patking passes but you don't realize until you get the check in info that you have to pay $55 for each one when you check in. It was still worth it! Lots of things for children/teens to do.

Perfect Stay
The condo unit itself was great. We were there for a softball tournament and all the other team members that visited were in awe of the spaciousness of our unit. All room were updated and nice. The mattresses, could use an upgrade, especially in the master, but they were not so bad that the impacted our stay. Unit was ready when we arrived and very clean and presentable. Only minor issue we had was when we were leaving and packing the car the door code was inactivated and did not work and it was only 945. Luckily my daughter was still inside and was able To let us in. But generally no complaints at all about the unit. Regarding the condo complex, the elevators are horrible and we’re worse during peak hours or checkin and checkout times. Not much the owner can do about this though. Overall I would consider this trip a success and well worth the price. Would definitely be interested in staying in this unit when and if we return to Orangw Beach.

The beds were super comfy. Everything was good except the dining room table does not have eight chairs like in the pictures on the listing. It only has five chairs. And the sink in the kitchen did not work properly. It barely dripped. The elevators on the property are really slow and always seem to be full. Overall, it's a good place to stay. We enjoyed it and we would go back. My grandson loved the splash pad and that was the reason we booked the Phoenix V.

Great Condo
The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. While the weather wasn’t great during our stay, we did enjoy the indoor pool and the kids were able to play on the splash pad which was a huge hit.

Joy was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Very roomy for our 7 people that stayed. The master bedroom bed was pretty comfy - not too hard or soft. The other king bed was more firm as well as the queen beds. Kitchen was well stocked. Laundry machines were nice and for big loads. The Phoenix 5 complex is very nice with helpful friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay. Wonderful to be right on the beach.

We had a great trip and Joy was extremely responsive and quick when we needed her. Appreciate the stay. The condo was well furnished. The building was going through some repairs while we were there so had to ge rushed to the noise but all in all we enjoyed our trip!

Great fall break stay
We enjoyed our fall break stay in this beachfront condo. There is nothing like the beach being right off your balcony. The unit was clean with nice furniture and a well stocked kitchen. It was nicely decorated. We did experience issues with both the washer and dryer in our unit. The owner responded quickly to each issue and informed me both were scheduled to be replaced the next week. Also, we had nowhere near the number of towels that were supposed to be in the unit. A quick text to the owner got more delivered. My only strong negative is something the owner can't control- the elevator situation. There are only 4 elevators for the entire (large) complex. The majority of the week we were there, only 3 of them were in service. This led to major lines at peak times. Since the complex was probably less than half full, I cannot imagine how bad the waits must be in summer.
