This 3rd floor unit has tile throughout. It features a nice sofa sleeper and recliner. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need and the extra half bath is a great added feature.The direct gulf front balcony is located right off of the living room. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

The bed had a plastic mattress pad on it and EVERY TIME you moved in the bed the fitted sheet would come off. We were up many many times in the middle of the night having to fix the sheets. It was very annoying

Relaxing getaway
After Murray with Coastal Properties helped us check in, all went seamlessly. Sunswept is my favorite spot in Orange Beach! Easy access to the beach. Very convenient location. Good places to eat close by. The live music at Wolf Bay was fun! Plans are being made already for my next visit.

We called at 430 pm to tell the management we would not be there until 530 pm. There was no envelope with our parking pass or our door code left in the after hours lock box like she said. We arrived at 530 in the sweltering heat. After over 20 calls to the only 2 numbers we had for the management company, noone ever answerered. The on site security gaurd finally made some calls after an hour of standing around in 95 degrees and 90 % humidity. The manager apologized and said she would get us a gift card. We never received a gift card and will never stay in those condos again or anything Costal manages. We go to Orange beach every year. And this was the worst experience!

Cold air, easy access to stores, restaurants and beach. Unfortunately several outlets didn’t work, bath towels were cheap and toilet leaked in half bath. Repairman did arrive quickly to address toilet issue.

Great location
The building looked recently painted & is in a great location. I knew from the photos that the furniture was old, but the upkeep of the unit is very poor. A wall in the hallway, & the bedroom looked as if some type of repair had been done then partially repainted a different color than the rest of the wall. The bathroom commodes are the size of a kid's toilet & sits extremely low to the floor. There's a large area over the shower head where the ceiling has peeled & looks moldy. Part of the ceiling in the bedroom is peeling. The bedroom TV wasn't working but was replaced after complaining to management. The bathtub drain was full of hair & wouldn't drain; this was resolved after telling management. The ceiling fan blades were dusty. The bedroom curtains were dirty. The condo has a great view of the beach & ocean & easy access to the beach. I have stayed in a lot of great places, but this condo was not one of them. It really needs some upgrades & repair. It' s definitely time for some new furniture. If the owners are going to charge high dollar prices the condo should reflect that.

The overall unit is very outdated but more concerning is maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The sink and bathtub do not drain well along with the mold beginning to grow above the shower head. We brought everything needed for the kitchen so eat and cook with and very happy we did as the blender had mold. The building was kept up with well but I feel this unit is over priced for the overall look and cleanliness.

Problems
The only complaint I have is several of the plug in’s did not work . The lights in the hall did not work . There was only one bulb in the living room fan light . There obviously is a leak from the unit above over the shower . There was a large black mold spot on the ceiling . At times there was a large wet spot on the ceiling in the shower .
