Welcome to this GREAT 3 bedroom, 2 bath, corner condo at the beautiful Phoenix East in Orange Beach, Alabama!

This unit is located on the 5th floor on the east side of the building. Being on the corner of the building not only means you have more balcony space, but also more of those stunning views!! This condo is very inviting, with great views of the pool, white sandy beaches, the Gulf, and the Pass! It features 3 spacious bedrooms and an open living room and dining area.

The kitchen, living, and dining areas all face the Gulf and give you spectacular views! The balcony is assessable through the living room and wraps around the outside of the condo. This is a very spacious and relaxing area, providing the perfect spot to have your coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the evening. The sunrise from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking and does not disappoint! You may even get to see the dolphins swim by!

The condo sleeps up to 10 guests, and the sleeping arrangements are as follows:
A master suite that features a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a stand alone shower.
Guest room #1: has a 2 queen size beds.
Guest room #2: has 1 queen size beds.
There is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living area for 2 additional guests if needed. You will also find a second, full bathroom in the hallway that is a shower/tub combo. This bath is perfect for sharing with guests, and the tub is great to have for children.

Outdoor Amenities include both a large outdoor and indoor pool, and a kids' splash pad that are next to a shaded pergola. There is a grilling space with a covered area as well to sit and eat outside if you prefer, and community hot tubs. You will find an indoor racquetball court, a lighted tennis court, and a basketball court for your enjoyment!

Last, but certainly not least, is our wonderful beach! There is beach access only a few steps away from the outdoor pool! You are guaranteed to have a good time while staying here, and if you decide to go out and have some fun, you are very close to several local shops, restaurants, and fun activities for the entire family!

Great Beach Vacation
We had 4 adults and 4 kids with us on our vacation and it was the perfect amount of space for us. We had a great time, everything was as advertised and that view was amazing. Next time in Orange Beach we will stay here again!

the room was great and just like the pictures, we had trouble getting into the door the first time but it was extremely easy to call and get someone on the phone to change the code right away. only thing i would have changed is knowing it was $55 a vehicle to park and that it wasn’t included in the price of the room.

GREAT LOCATION
Beautiful view outside the living room/dinette area from the 5th floor. Nice restaurants within a few miles drive, along with shops. Great outdoor pools and maybe 3 minutes walk to ocean. We had three families..only complaint was the mattress in single queen bedroom and the sofa Mattress were extremely uncomfortable. The king mattress was AWESOME, and. Also the double queen room was great. Probably would work better for 6 people, but bedspace was available for 10. Lots of towels and basic supplies for when we arrived. Having the washer dryer was the best! Thank you for sharing your get away with us!

Great location and views
Not enough seating in living room for 10 people. Enough beds for 10 as advertised 2 baths were tiny and 2 rolls of toilet paper for a whole week 10 people 2 baths ridiculous and not enough plates, bowls or utensils. Parking was a major issue. I have handicap tag and both my husband I are. Handicapped so parking way past the basketball court was a big problem. I counted only 8 handicap spots for that huge bldg. was clean and well decorated

Comfortable Stay Close to Beach
We had a good experience at this property. A few things need to be attended to, such as no working lights on the balcony and a VERY slow drain in the master bathroom sink. It would be nice to have some hooks in rooms for hanging wet suits and towels. Laundry machines are old and the dryer would sometimes take multiple runs. Management company did not have voice mail set up when I tried to call once and leave a message. Overall the property was comfortable and as advertised and families would enjoy their stay here.

The condo has a gorgeous view from the balcony. I enjoyed watching the boats go out every morning. Restaurants, shops and grocery store are close by which was very convenient.

Not terrible but unit could use some TLC and some bedding. Beds are covered in one sheet and very sparse blanket, no spread. Not many extra spreads/blankets and those available were pretty shabby so take extra blankets. The beach is very narrow in front of the building (as compared to neighboring buildings) which meant we were crammed in with others. Hard to space yourself from others. Pool was clean and grounds were nice. People were friendly. Bedrooms were good size. Bathrooms small. Just feels a little neglected - for example there are 7 remotes on the coffee table. One worked. Not sure why there were 7. The best part is the absolutely spectacular view and wrap around patio - and lots of patio furniture (big bonus!). Also nice big kitchen stable and stools at bar. Id stay again but I’d bring blankets and pillows.

Great condo on the beach
Had a great long weekend visiting with family who winters in this building. Can’t beat the location. Right on the beach. On-site staff is friendly and very helpful. Regina was so helpful in working with me when VRBO experienced payment issues. Will definitely rent again.

Loved the condo. Big bedrooms. Beautiful view. Plenty of towels. Very nice furnishings except the couch- was worn out and raggedy. Blender smoked when I used it.
