✍ IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

🔞 You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.
📝 Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property and the name on the contract must match the name of the individual checking in/staying on the property.
🧺 Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.
🧴 The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided:
🔹 One roll of toilet paper for each restroom
🔹 Bar of soap per bathroom
🔹 One travel sized shampoo per bathroom
🔹 One travel sized conditioner per bathroom
🔹 Make-up removers per bathroom
🔹 Single sized dish liquid
🔹 Single sized dish washing detergent pack
🔹 Single use laundry washing detergent
🔹 Two large trash bags
🔹 Small trash bag for each bathroom
🔹 Roll of Paper towels
❌ We DO NOT provide maid service or restock linens during your stay.
🧳 We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
🚫 NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
🐶 PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
🦮 Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.
🔹 According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities."
🔹 Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
🚗 Parking passes are purchased through a link provided in check-in instructions
🔹 Parking pass is $62.00/vehicle per 7 days. Rate is subject to change.
🔹 Snowbirds price for parking is $125.00 per month
🔹 Max 2 registered vehicles allowed per unit and parking passes must be purchased in the link provided prior to arrival date.
🚤 There are only 12 docks available therefore must be reserved in advance.
🔹 Guests must sign a waiver, provide current boat registration and valid insurance
🔹 Guests must purchase a boat sticker at least 48 hours in advance (not available during weekends).
🔹 Cost is $75.00 per day or $350.00 per week.
🔹 Any guests without boat sticker will be towed.

GETTING AROUND:

👣 Walking:
Wind Drift SW offers direct beach access and is conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. If you enjoy walking, you can get around to many places easily.

🚲 Biking:
The area is also great for biking. You can rent bikes from a nearby shop and explore the area at your own pace.

If you're planning on doing any exploring outside of Orange Beach, and need to rent a car. There are several car rental companies located in Orange Beach.

🔹 Coast Cab: operates in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Foley, Perdido Key, Pensacola Airport
🔹 Uber and Lyft ride-sharing app/services are also available in Gulf Shores. This can be a great option if you need to get somewhere quickly and don't want to deal with the hassle of parking.
🔹 Traffic can be heavy especially during peak season and ride apps booking may take time so be sure to allow extra time for travel.
