Wonderful

The room was excellent, very comfy bed, looked like the room had just been refurbished, beautiful ensuite. The only negative we have is the noise from the beer garden below, we understand its a pub so knew there would be lots of noise but we couldn't even hear the TV when we turned it on.
We liked the convenient location in town, close to everything for shops and eating out, a lovely park nearby and friendly staff. The meals at Parkview were very good, we ate there several times. The bed was super comfortable which is a major plus for us.
Comfortable room, good bathroom, etc. Unfortunately, we had one of 3 or 4 rooms that open onto a balcony that overlooks the (excellent and popular) beer garden. Very noisy during pub open hours, which wasn't really a problem but the early morning beer garden cleanup and other guests having early breakfasts on the balcony was disturbing. Convenient for town and restaurants.
Always great here.Psrking st back challenging after hours.need too walk around block a bit to get to car park, but not a problem well lit after hours so safe.
Large king size room which was clean and had everything you needed. Bathroom area was good and big. Only negatives were fellow playing music on Friday night in restaurant area was very noisy and went to about midnight. Also curtains over slats would keep it darker in morning
Previously I have stayed in other rooms that have had a little bit of noise but I tell you what, Saturday night just took the cake. My family stayed with me this time so I got a family room. This room (9) was placed right beside the beer garden area. The literal roar of noise from the hundreds of patrons made this room completely unusable to sleep without earplugs. Even with earplugs it was still so loud. We also had cigarette smoke entering the room from around 11pm and the room still stunk like that in the morning. It was the worst nights sleep ever. I would not ever recommend any of the rooms that are outside the internal area unless you like the constant music and crowd roar up until 1am.
Although a cheap option, it definitely is not worth it at all due to the ridiculous amount of noise that enters the room. They should not be allowed to even charge for this room.
Lovely old pub , with good pub food , and a decent selection of beers on tap. Central to Orange with a beautiful park right next door. The only negative thing I can say about the place is the televisions in the accommodation have appalling reception.
