First room had bugs, staff change my room. another hotel that offer Good Breakfast, but gave only snacks. Hotel on a whole was dirty. The parking lot has lots of broken bottles ( glass). There were cars and people hanging out 24/7 I guess they were doing some sort of business.

The hotel staff were great and very nice! Our room was clean and well stocked. The hallway and lobby were a bit dingy. The vending machine on our floor was also out of order.

The only positive about thus stay was the parking on site The shower water was Luke warm and this in a Sunday morning at 8.00 am We could not get TV programs We were told that breakfast was offered but hot only two small bags of chips and a small bottle of apple juice This constitutes a bait switch situation and I am requesting a portion of my money back The bed though was confortable, which was fortunate since without wTV, we had to go to bed early. This was one of the worse hotel stays I have experienced in my over 60 years of staying in hotels

Not a normal Ramada Hotel

This Hotel doesn't represent the Ramada brand. No Breakfast, an overall odor in the entire hotel. The only positive was it is close to the airport.

Nothing was unique. The web shows a breakfast buffet but there was not one. They had a to go box with Doritos, an orange, a yogurt, a bag of mini muffins and a jar of apple Juice.

The staff unlawfully terminated my stay because of low rates for double and refusal for policy regarding the responsibility of the guest to return cart to downstairs instead of the side of the hallway. Because, I complained the facility is infested with roaches and poor maintenance of the facilities, l was asked to leave on Sunday instead of Monday, July 15, 2025. The Expedia due diligently put me in Double Tree by Hilton Newark PENN . I recorded the previous stay and showed the front desk to copy the video. He refused instead he asked me to contact the manager in the morning that they are aware of the issues on the picture. That the manager does want to inform about the hotel maintenance issue. I left my telephone number this afternoon to have the manager reached out to me. I am disabled and was inconvenient with pain to repackage my items. All the work I had been working on has to stop because, I was confused and didn’t know how to proceed until I contacted the Expedia. They assured me that the will find another hotel for me. They also contacted the hotel. I can’t thank the Expedia staff for quick response and ensure that I be relocated to another hotel. I got the best . I intend to consult with an attorney for next action that is available to me. I was sleeping when the hotel staff arrived knocking on my door. I opened the door only to be advised that it is my responsibility to return the cart downstairs. In fact,I found the cart outside the building. I. requested policy.

Spend the extra $20 and stay somewhere else. Just No.....it was funny because the front desk guy told another guest that the water might not be safe to drink. The "breakfast" area was completely devoid of not only breakfast.....but furniture and equipment. The only positive I had was that my car wasnt broken into that night.

The Staff were aware of this concern through the video I recorded. Extremely poor maintenance everywhere. The shower faucet leaked probably some time ago and the patched it with horrible scarring material. The came to my room, saw it. After the front desk gentleman saw the picture. He immediately asked me to wait tomorrow morning and speak with the manager. I did appreciate his answer.
