Freshly refurbished two story condo just minutes from beautiful Eagle Beach. The condo consists of three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master suite includes a queen bed, a balcony overlooking the lush courtyard and community pool, walk in closet, and master bathroom. Guest Room #1 has a queen bed and is right next to another full bathroom. Guest Room #2 has two raised bunk beds (a queen air mattress is also available if your guests do not have a need for the bunk beds).
On the first level, you will find a gourmet kitchen that has a center island with a gas range, bar stools, and wine fridge. There is also the third full bathroom, a living room, a dining room table that will seat six people and a walk out covered patio with lounge furniture.
The condo is situated in a quiet gated community and consists of a pool, a fitness center, and two outdoor dining areas (one right by the pool). Eagle Beach is a short two block walk and there are several restaurants and a few bars in close proximity. There is also several casinos nearby. Palm Beach is a ten minute drive north and Oranjestad is a ten minute drive south. Therefore, the unit is very conveniently located.
As far as groceries, there is a mini market right down the street for quick essentials. There is also a Super Foods less than a five minute drive that is a major grocery store.
The greatest attribute of this home is that it is so close to all the amenities Aruba has to offer yet so simple to retreat to a peaceful oasis. Perfectly situated for families and/or romantic couples.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Absolutely beautiful property!
We stayed at Jardine del Mar in early April 2024. We have been to Aruba many times and have stayed at that same condominium property before. But let me tell you Jason‘s property is above and beyond. It’s absolutely beautiful exactly as the pictures Show. Jardine is a very quiet condominium complex within a five minute walk to Eagle Beach. In our honest opinion, it is a hidden gem in Aruba! And Jason‘s property is one of the nicest there! We were a group of six, my husband and I our two daughters , and two of their friends. It fit our needs perfectly. And we could not have asked for a better host. Jason was super accommodating and very communicative. He got back to me usually within minutes I would highly highly recommend this property.

Jardines Del Mar Stay
Jason was a great host. He was extremely timely in responses with questions and answers. The pool on the property is perfect for young families. Our toddlers (2+3) were able to comfortably play in the shallow end which was about 1' deep. Then swim with adults in the deeper end of the pool. The location of the property is great. I will say pay attention that you cab drops you off at the correct gate for Jardines Del Mar. There is more than one gate and we had quite a process to find the unit when we arrived. This was user error and no part a reflection of the owners. I would definitely stay there again!

We had a great time. The place is close to Eagle beach and had a great location / proximity to the beach / casino. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back
