This property needs significant upgrading. You walk through the halls and there are visible stains on the wall from old apparent leaks. The carpet everywhere is gross. The carpet in the room was stained, the furniture was stained, everything is old. The TV was not a Smart TV so I could not access Netflix or anything. The AC kept going out. The mini fridge would not get cold. Gave it 2 stars for convenience in how close it is to the softball complex, the staff allowed early check-in, and the bad was somewhat comfortable.

My room was very dated but adequate. BUT there were several problems with other rooms of friends of mine staying there at the same time, visiting for a funeral. The problems they had were no running water, another room no air conditioner during a very hot week, electric outlet and TV cable outlet coming off of the wall, hair on the shower wall, very noisy from the construction. One couple was moved to three different rooms! I guess I was very fortunate with the room I had. The staff was very friendly to me.

No working shower for the two days I stayed there. Reported issue on first day and was told was fixed when I return to the hotel in the evening. When attempting to use the shower the next day, shower would only work when water was at the hottest temperature. When trying for cooler temperatures, no water pressure from shower head

We reserved a one bedroom suite with a balcony. The room was very spacious, quiet and comfortable but the room was also very tired looking. The couch and carpets were full of stains, the wall paper was peeling and there were cobwebs in the bathroom. We will still stay here again because the location to our family was very convenient and the price was fine.
