We would love to let you know that our first priority is your family's enjoyment of our vacation home. As property owners we are available 24 hours a day for questions or concerns. We also have amazing property management and cleaning staff as well.

If you are looking for a beautiful, safe, quiet and private vacation home in a gated community in an area near Disney World with plenty of other desirable shops and restaurants, then you've found it! We offer a very clean home with brand new features all over the house including a little touch of Disney! We have installed beautiful brand new flooring in May 2023. Also included wireless internet, brand new AC Unit installed in March 2019 , the home offers 5 beautiful bedrooms, including a large master with a 55 inch flatscreen tv and a king size bed. The master bath has large walk in shower with soaking tub. Also a great home for the entire family, featuring two custom designed kids rooms with Minion and Mickey Mouse themes. Both of the other bedrooms have flat screens with cable and free wifi throughout the home! We've converted the garage into an awesome game area for everyone to enjoy with a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, basketball game and other family games. It wouldn't be a Florida vacation without a peaceful pool/spa area. It will make you never want to leave! We’ve added privacy screens to both sides of the pool enclosure and there are no rear neighbors!! Lots of new upgrades in the home ,including pool/spa heater, Samsung dryer and a new washing machine, refrigerator, new stove and dishwasher including 4 large flatscreen TVs. As a stress free bonus we provide all your bedding and towels. If you would like to heat the pool and spa it's only a $25 a day charge. This home is designed with our clients in mind and we have made sure to put a property management team in place that we have the upmost confidence in to make sure the home is clean when you arrive and also they are there as a safety net in case anything isn't up to our vacation families standards. As owners we take this rental property very seriously and are hands on all the time. We're very easy to contact and we will be responsive as quickly as possible to fix anything that seems out of place. Disney World is only 10 to 15 miles away depending on which park you are visiting. High grove community also offers a large clubhouse with a very large pool, exercise room, mini golf, playground, game room, computers and friendly staff to answer any questions you might have about the clermont area. Fantastic home and owners!

Our group had a wonderful experience at this beautiful home in Four Corners. With a busy weekend full of racing at Lake Louisa State Park, we were constantly on the move and needed a place to prepare meals and to rest our heads at night...Jamie and Jeff's home checked every box we could have wanted (the pool and hot tub for sore muscles were a wonderful bonus)! When I reached out with a special request, Jeff and Jamie went above and beyond to accommodate us. I can not recommend this property highly enough! Thank you, Jeff and Jamie, for your hospitality and kindness. We will be back soon :)

Perfect Disney Vacation Home!

Let me just start by saying the communication was absolutely top-notch! From booking to departure, there was definitely no shortage of communication with the hosts. They are polite, helpful, and quick to respond. We had no issues at all with our stay, but I am confident the owners would have handled it wonderfully had there been. The home is beautiful! Extremely clean, decorated, comfortable, roomy, safe.. I have no complaints. The kids - ages 8 and 9 - loved the heated pool and spa and we enjoyed the game room each night as a way to wind down from the long park days at Disney. The adorable themed rooms were an added perk, and honestly one of the main reasons I booked it! We all enjoyed and appreciated our own space within the house. My top 5 criteria for booking based on the listings I found were location, game room, pool, themed rooms, and pleasant hosts. This place had them all and I was not disappointed by any of them. Location is great for those who want to stay near the parks but not too close. It was an easy drive in each day and there are plenty of stores and restaurants near the house to enjoy without having to go too far. I will say traffic going into the parks is pretty busy regardless of location so allow yourself about 30 minutes to drive in. The neighborhood is gated, adding to the safety factor, which gives great peace of mind. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay there again next time we go to Disney!

We loved the house. So spacious. Rooms are amazing. Game room was fun. Hot tub definitely is hott. It was 45 outside and hot tub was perfect. The hosts were always quick to respond. We would go here again.

Multi Family Stay

We stayed here for my best friend’s 40th birthday trip to Disney with both our families (3 kids: 16, 7, and 6). It was the perfect space and we had everything we needed! The hosts were so responsive leading up to our trip and the place was very clean. Lots of towels and all the kitchen tools we needed. Walmart was a short drive away to get things we needed. Plan for traffic to and from the parks to take 30 minutes + because of traffic!

We had a lovely stay at this home . The hosts were quick to respond to any message we sent them , the home was very spacious and had nice touches from the housekeeper which we appreciated . The location was great ! Only took us about 30 min to get to any large attraction . There were a lot of ants in the kitchen so I don’t recommend leaving any drink on the counters or bread/snacks . Other than the ants , we had no complaints . Everything was just as described and the hosts were wonderful to work with . We look forward to staying here again !

Wonderful place to stay

We flew in for a cheer competition in Orlando and I enjoyed the proximity of the house to the convention center and airport. Our whole family enjoyed playing games in the game room and the pool/hot tub was a great way to wind down in the evening. The house was very clean and was as described in the listing, enjoyed it very much and would recommend.

Great stay!

This was a perfect house for our family vacation! The home was clean, comfortable, spacious, and our kids absolutely loved the Disney theme, the game room, and the pool! Very close to theme parks, dining, grocery stores, and other necessities which made the whole trip a breeze to navigate. The hosts were amazing to work with, very responsive, and we would 100% recommend this home to anyone and would stay there again!
