Welcome to an exquisite haven adorned with modern contemporary decor, masterfully curated to exude a sense of elegance and warmth, enveloping all who enter. This two-story dwelling promises to enchant with its thoughtfully designed spaces.

On the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen stands ready, complete with utensils, cookware, cutlery, and glassware. An expansive bench with a sink and six inviting chairs awaits for delightful meals. The kitchen seamlessly blends into an inviting living area, graced with a TV, comfortable sofas, and a chaise lounge. Adjacent, a well-appointed dining area showcases a table and four chairs, creating a harmonious setting. This level also houses a convenient restroom, a comprehensive laundry facility, and a remarkable suite adorned with a TV, a king-sized bed, a closet, and a charming balcony. An additional balcony graces this floor, adorned with a table for six and a barbecue setup, perfect for al fresco moments.

Ascending to the second floor, you'll discover three suites, each accompanied by its own dressing room and private bathroom, promising elevated comfort for our valued guests. Among these suites, one features a king-sized bed, while the other two are equipped with two single beds each, catering to various preferences. The master suite, resplendent with comfort, boasts a beautiful private balcony, adding a touch of serenity.

To ensure your utmost comfort, the house is equipped with central air conditioning, creating a pleasant climate throughout. Additionally, complimentary Wi-Fi ensures seamless connectivity during your stay.

GUEST ACCESS:

The condominium has a gate-coded entrance to have better control of its visitors and to provide a peaceful stay. This community also has its own leisure amenities such as a pool, gym, and other facilities; however, there is a daily fee of $100 + 6,5% Tx to have access to the clubhouse and its facilities. On the other hand, there is a restaurant inside the clubhouse to which no fee is required to have access.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:

1. The following items are left at the house for your arrival: 1 shampoo, 1 rinse cream, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers in each bathroom. In the kitchen 2 bag and garbage, 2 dishwasher soap, and a paper towel. In the laundry room 2 soaps for washing clothes.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHES due to hygiene issues.
I suggest that if you stay more than 2 days go to Walmart and shop for cleaning and bathing.

2. In all bathrooms we leave bath towels, hand towels for the number of guests that the house can accommodate.
All beds have sheets, duvets and pillows.

* We do not replace bed linen and towels during the guests' stay, all of our houses have a washing machine and dryer.

3. If you need a crib in the unit, please always request it 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability.

4. Propane Gas only Grill Rules: For the use of the barbecue there is a fixed fee of $65.00 for the entire length of the stay, for post checkout cleaning and propane replacement.

5. PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.

6. We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the house after checkout, please, when leaving, carefully  check the removal of all your belongings and suitcases from the house so that there are no problems.

7. We are not responsible for purchases made over the internet by guests, if there are shipping problems. We are not responsible for belongings left in the house, please check all your belongings when you leave so you don't forget anything in the house.

8. If the guest checks in after 11.00 pm, he will have to contact us and let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements for the check-in.

9. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

10. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

11. Houses that have a jacuzzi on the balcony do not have additional fees added to the daily rates, this is a courtesy, if a problem occurs during your stay we do not refund amounts due to the jacuzzi not functioning properly. Do not throw any type of product into the water, subject to a fine of $150.00

12. Please do not remove or move furniture and decorative ornaments from the original position of the house without prior permission, subject to a fine.

We are always at your disposal to provide you with excellent accommodation and allow you to have an amazing vacation while you are in our listing. Also, please keep in mind that our main form of communication is through our platform channel messages.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:

We are always available to solve any type of problem or inconvenience that may affect your stay with us. We are available for maintenance or requests in the hours from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, call us on mensage and we will return later, we support checkin until 11.00 pm.

HOUSE RUES:

1. Upon check-out, we kindly request that you bag and dispose of all garbage, leaving it in the designated trash bin outside for pickup. If there happens to be an excessive amount of garbage left inside or outside the unit, there will be a fee of $200.00 imposed.

2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and any violations may result in a fine of US$350.00.

3. We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed on the premises. If you have a licensed service dog, we require the necessary certificates and documentation, which should be presented before making a reservation. Approval from the HOA of the condominium is also mandatory. Emotional Support animals are not accepted, and non-compliance will lead to a fine of $350.00.

4. We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing shoes, sneakers, or slippers on the stairs and in the rooms, as the floor is carpeted and may get stained or soiled.

5. Parties are not permitted at the house as per the condominium regulations. Any insistence on hosting a party will incur a fine of $500.00.

6. Please make sure to discard all food waste in the designated garbage bins.

7. Before leaving, please ensure that all dishes are placed in the dishwasher and turned on.

8. Pool towels are provided for your use; please refrain from leaving them at the pool area. Lost towels will be subject to a charge of $20.00. Moreover, kindly avoid using bath and face towels for cleaning makeup or as floor cloths, as they are intended for personal use. In case of any irreparable stains or damages, a fee of ($18.00 to $25.00) will be applied per towel.

9. All kitchen dishes, utensils, pots, and pans are carefully inventoried. We kindly ask that you keep them intact for the convenience of the next guests. Any missing items will be charged accordingly ($5.00 to $20.00 depending on the items).

10. Please kindly adhere to the 10:00 am checkout time to allow sufficient time for the arrival of the next guest and proper cleaning of the house. Failure to do so will result in a fine of $60.00 per hour of delay, not exceeding 12:00 pm.

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT - We charge a security deposit of $400.00, which will be returned after your checkout if there are no damages to the house. If there are any damages, we will deduct the cost from the retained amount and refund the remainder.

The house wasn't clean at all, bathrooms had the tape that they've clean but they weren't, my husband and I clean it the first day and the fact we could used the Grill it wasn't what we expected. The location of the property is ideal because is very centrical, but that's about it.

Rough Start
We arrived at our reserved property after the 4:00 check-in. The property had yet to be cleaned and it looked like the previous people had just left. There was leftover food on the counter and in the refrigerator; dirty dishes in the sink; beds unmade. I immediately called the ownership and they were very apologetic and asked if they could get back with me. They called me back within about five minutes and offered us another property (upgrade) for the night, continuing to be apologetic. Unfortunately, due to the high levels of reservations, we had to sleep one night in the replacement condo and had to return to the original condo the next day. It was a little bit of an inconvenience, but they offered to take our luggage to the original condo. They followed up with us the next day to let us know when it was ready, and they called in the evening to see if everything was good. The condos were very clean and well taken care of and their customer service is impeccable.
